My family was staying at a hotel nearby, so I popped in the get some chocolate croissants for breakfast. They were fresh & delicious. I also purchased 6 different cupcakes, which thrilled my teenagers (they were pretty, cake flavorful & had the best icing).
They also make lattes. I don't typically drink latte, but a squirt of Chai gave it such a satisfying flavor. I wished I got a large.
I just want to also give a shout out to the gentleman who served me. He had excellent customer service & was kind & friendly.
Worst bakery shop . They have cakes kept from long time . & they dont have any shame. Dont buy cakes from here they sell the cakes rotten & they will tell you that they made this morning
The bakery was absolutely beautiful when I stepped inside with my friends. The service staff was super helpful & helped us taste test some cakes & cookies which were delicious. The cakes tasted fresh & moist even when on display. We purchased a few cupcakes & cookies & left. Would definitely recommend this bakery & the price was reasonable & affordable.
This is the best dessert spot in Montreal! The food is all incredible & the staff are all so friendly. I highly recommend the chocolate cake it is delicious!
I love the cakes here, soft, delicious fillings, good service & they custom cakes are amazing, I ordered my daughter cake for her 4th birthday party, she love it! & the cake was so beautiful & delicious, everybody just love it, I mean the food is great too but the cakes are another level! So good
The cake we bought for our baby's 1st birthday was amazing! We chose red velvet & chocolate, & both flavors were delicious. Everyone enjoyed it a lot. Truly made the celebration special

Staff ignored us as we waited to buy something as the till. We were the only ones in there with two other employees. One of them even looked at us & didn't say anything. We had to ask for service. The chocolate cake tasted mediocre & had some kind of coulis that tasted like Nesquick. Don't recommend.
I called to order a personalized cake I was told to contact a number on WhatsApp & I did my message was read & never responded to let me know if it's possible or not.
Had a great experience today! Irery was very kind & patient, & she added a message on my small cake perfectly. Lovely service & delicious cakes. Highly recommend!

The desserts were amazing & so were the Tacos. I had a slice of cake & a cake pop. Everything was fairly priced & delicious! We were served by Irery who was courteous & helpful throughout our whole dining experience. Amazing experience, will definitely be back again!!
I had such an amazing experience at this dessert shop! I had a last minute cancellation for a birthday cake & was really in a rush to find something special. When I arrived at the store, Ivory the baker/cashier went above & beyond to help me. She suggested a beautiful red velvet cake that looked exactly like what I had in mind, added the icing for me, & even wrote'B-Day' on it just the way I wanted.
Her service was incredibly fast, thoughtful, & kind. Irery really understood what I needed & made it happen perfectly. It's rare to see this level of customer service these days, & I'm so thankful for her help. She truly turned a stressful situation into a great experience.

I recently ordered an oreo eggless cake from here & for the price, it is not worth it. The taste is okayish & I also want to mention that we decorated our cake after bringing it home again because it is was like any other average cake. So, to conclude, I am ready to pay more when I could a good cake, but I am not satisfied with the cake I got here.
Ordered a red velvet cake & got delivered a birthday without any explanation… the second order was a Milles Feuilles…. Complete imbalanced distribution between the crisp & the cream… It is appears to be a rushed preparation without considering the harmony…
You gonna lose clients if you keep downgrading & being negligent on orders…

Leila & Loshani are the sweetest & have the best service. I did not know what to order & they recommended the best things. We also got my birthday cake from there & i was in love their red velvet is the best in town❤?
I had an amazing experience at Desserts Etc.! Gurleen was our server & she made our visit extra special with her friendly attitude & great recommendations. She suggested we try the Oreo Cream Cake & it was absolutely delicious - rich, creamy, & perfectly sweet! 🍰 She also helped us pick a few other treats that were equally amazing. The shop is cozy, clean, & has such a welcoming vibe. I'll definitely be coming back for more sweet cravings. Highly recommend visiting Desserts Etc. & asking Gurleen for her top picks! You won't be disappointed! 😋✨
Les cake pop sont divin, les crèmes brulés aussi ainsi que les biscuits red velvets! Le commerce ferme très tard donc idéal pour des desserts luxueux de fin de soirée 💕✌🏻
