The staff here is amazing! Rosie is so kind & welcoming, Ash is perfect always friendly & attentive & Lata is just amazing !! This place is our go-to spot for desserts. My sister & I always come here & order the pecan caramel cinnamon roll & the Lotus cake they're absolutely delicious every time. Highly recommend!
Warm & welcoming, Rosie was a sweetheart! She made me a birthday plate, played happy birthday over the speakers & celebrated me & my friends on this special day. Very thoughtful. Desserts were delish, thank you

The lemon square is SO GOOD! This place gets 5 stars from me just for that. The inside is very cute & clean & there are lots of desserts to choose from.
This is the best dessert spot in Montreal! The food is all incredible & the staff are all so friendly. I highly recommend the chocolate cake it is delicious!
The desserts were amazing & so were the Tacos. I had a slice of cake & a cake pop. Everything was fairly priced & delicious! We were served by Irery who was courteous & helpful throughout our whole dining experience. Amazing experience, will definitely be back again!!

I had such an amazing experience at this dessert shop! I had a last minute cancellation for a birthday cake & was really in a rush to find something special. When I arrived at the store, Ivory the baker/cashier went above & beyond to help me. She suggested a beautiful red velvet cake that looked exactly like what I had in mind, added the icing for me, & even wrote'B-Day' on it just the way I wanted.
Her service was incredibly fast, thoughtful, & kind. Irery really understood what I needed & made it happen perfectly. It's rare to see this level of customer service these days, & I'm so thankful for her help. She truly turned a stressful situation into a great experience.

I had an amazing experience at Desserts Etc.! Gurleen was our server & she made our visit extra special with her friendly attitude & great recommendations. She suggested we try the Oreo Cream Cake & it was absolutely delicious - rich, creamy, & perfectly sweet! 🍰 She also helped us pick a few other treats that were equally amazing. The shop is cozy, clean, & has such a welcoming vibe. I'll definitely be coming back for more sweet cravings. Highly recommend visiting Desserts Etc. & asking Gurleen for her top picks! If you haven't tried this place yet, you definitely should! I first discovered it on Uber Eats while I was craving some desserts, & I was amazed by the variety they offer. I ordered the Milhojas caramel, strawberry cheesecake, & two brioches à la cannelle. The presentation was stunning, but the taste was incredibly good! The milhojas were fresh & crunchy, the cheesecake was creamy & delicious, & the cinnamon roll was out of this world!
Yesterday, I was in the area & wanted to see all those amazing desserts in person. I was welcomed by Leila & Girlilis (apologies if I got the spelling wrong). They were so friendly, cheerful, & professional-great customer service!

Ordered some vegetarian tacos & a burrito bowl. The food came quick & was tasty. Then we looked for something sweet. What an impressive selection of desserts! We tried 4 items & they were all fresh & delicious. The lemon square was soooo good!
Decor was very unassuming though clean. Deliveries pass through the dining area. Staff is friendly but you have to fend for yourself in terms of service.
