Dire que c'est le meilleur brunch à MTL serait exagéré mais c'est de loin mon préféré. La salle est belle, l'équipe de service est chaleureuse, efficace & l'ambiance est extrêmement agréable. C'est toujours plein de monde sans jamais être bondé & la clientèle est très diversifiée; jeunes couples, têtes blanches, petites familles, etc. L'essentiel de leur menu est bon, simple & classique. Ceci dit, leurs oeufs bénédictines sont PARFAITS. Pain grillé au beurre, oeuf parfaitement poché & une sauce hollandaise impeccable; gratinée à la salamandre comme la tradition le veut. Continuez comme ça!!!

Nous y sommes allés mercredi soir le 16 octobre 2024. Le service était admirable, courtois, attentionné & rapide. Les plats sont bons, avec des prix bien corrects. Heureusement que nous avions réservé car le restaurant était plein. Le seul hic est le bruit généré par les discussions des clients. La salle est écho. Il fallait que ma compagne & moi tendions l'oreille & parlions assez fort pour nous entendre. Mais c'est ce à quoi on s'attend dans une brasserie style français. Sinon, tout était parfait.

Ambiance sympathique dans un cadre de bistro classique, pour une cuisine de bistro simple & bien réalisé. Bon rapport qualité-prix, la table d'hôte est disponible en soirée, ce qui est appréciable. Choix de vin au verre tout à fait raisonnable. Le service est efficace & prévenant. Ce restaurant est un bon classique de qualité.
