Café Cantinova is a new coffee shop in Saint-Henri that has everything you look for in a café: good coffee, a delicious menu and impeccable vibes (vinyl vibes to be exact). The perfect place to grab a coffee on the go or to hang out and watch the day go by.

We ordered cortado with oat milk. The espresso was beautiful. The cortado was served in a gorgeous clay cup. The soundscape included music playing with a sprawled out sofa seating space on one side & long bench available in the other end of the room. Overall, the cafe with its focus on sound system & equipment at first glance seems too unassuming for a cafe space. It turned out to be a great Saturday find.
Super cool café/ lounge pour écouter & shopper des disques vinyles, faire réparer sa table tournante, acheter du matos audiophonique vintage, etc. Kaz, le propriétaire est ultra sympathique connaît tous les secrets ( ou presque ! ) en matière d'audiophonie...
L'endroit est tellement cool que les musiciens adorent y faire des jams... & Kaz y permet aussi certains autres événements de musique & culturel...
À voir, & à passer pour prendre un café ou pour participer à un événement ...

Great coffee, service & hospitality. The owner Kaz, is generous & welcoming to all his customers. As soon as you step in, you can hear carefully curated music that add soul to the neighborhood. My favorite part is the collection of records all over the store, this place is awesome!
If you want a strong curated & tasty coffee with an audiophile experience, Cantinova is the place for that vibe. I definitely have to fly or drive in for one of this specialty brew houses life music events, thank you Kaz, thank you to Aela for the wisdom & insight. 🎤🎤🎤🎤🎤 Montreal is a vibe

The owner is cool, pleasant with a good vibe. Music is fire with selection of records to buy, it's real unique. & of course the hot drinks & pastry are great with the service.

I found this cafe by sheer luck on a Sunday, while looking for a cafe to get some work done. The atmosphere was cozy. There was a bunch of Record players & speakers, with great background music playing. I was able to get work done. Kaz was very welcoming & is a knowledgeable audiophile. He guided me in the purchase of my first record player & set of speakers. This local business a little gem.
Very nice vibe, good ambiance with the music & vintage decor. Great specialty coffee with various food options! A nice place to sit down for a coffee or do some quiet work. 🙌🏻
