« La place » pour déjeuner à Lac Mégantic. Choix abondants, assiettes de qualité & bien préparée, prix très raisonnables, service souriant & intentionné, tout était parfait lors de nos cinq jours de fréquentation au Café Bistro la Brûlerie. Merci & félicitations aux marmitons dans la cuisine!

Longtemps que je n'avais pas attendu aussi longtemps pour un restaurant & en plus c'est pour un déjeuner… Plus d'une heure d'attente & des erreurs dans les factures/commandes. Le prix est également assez dispendieux pour la qualité & quantité. Vu les review je m'attendais à mieux, peut être il faut être un habitué pour avoir un meilleur service ?

La nourriture était bonne mais le service était médiocre. Nous avons attendu plus d'une heure pour recevoir nos assiettes. On nous donne des excuses comme quoi ils ont reçu beaucoup de commandes en même temps mais nous voyons des groupes & des personnes arriver entre 15 & 30 minutes après nous qui ont le temps de commander , de recevoir leurs assiettes, de manger , de payer & quitter avant de recevoir les notre... Aucune organisation. Nous n'avons même pas eu de dédommagement pour cette attente injustifiée.il y a eu des erreurs dans la facture pour couronner le tout . Je me recommande pas ce restaurant
