Le dimanche 28 septembre 2025, j'ai quitté Montréal à l'aube.

J'avais une rencontre importante &, une fois sur place, on m'a suggéré d'aller déjeuner au Café Bistro La Brûlerie. Nous étions quatre personnes, & le café-bistro était bondé de gens.

L'accueil a été parfait, le service exemplaire & la nourriture excellente !

Nous avons commandé : combo gaufre & bacon, un croissant déjeuner oeuf viande, deux oeufs 2 viandes & une brouette potagere. Tout était tout simplement délicieux.

Super bel endroit, propre & très bien localisé.
On a été servi avec de grands sourires.
Côté nourriture, je suis très satisfait. Un simple sandwich BLT mais fait avec passion & rempli de bacon.
On va définitivement revenir!
P.S, Les viennoiseries sont vraiment bonnes.
Prochaine fois, on teste les déjeuners car j'ai l'impression que le café pourrait être bien savoureux!
