The name of Completo Italiano is falsely being used because Italian hotdogs don't use avocado & tomato. These ingredients are used in Central & South America
If you google Italian hot dog, you will see the main difference. Therefore I would request from this restaurant to change the name to Completo Chileno because that is what it is. Furthermore you need to add sauerkraut. Maybe this is the main difference.

Super restaurant chilien! La propriétaire est très aimable, sympathique & serviable. Le pain fait maison est délicieux. Meilleurs completos & churrascos en ville! Les pastels de choclos sont également délicieux!
