"Giving 2 stars overall for the mediocre service... I came here twice, and on both times the baristas were confused AF, didn't know how to serve people by the right order, didn't know their own food items (gave us a raisin muffin, told us it was a pecan muffin), didn't know which orders are for here and which orders are to go.. it was an absolute mess"
