La cabane Aux Délices des Sucres is located, as in the past, in the heart of the maple grove to facilitate the gathering of sap. This maple grove has 3 500 taps on a 30acre site making it the ideal place for a "sugaring-off" experience. Pleasure, outdoor relaxation and a good Quebecois dinner await you. And you can bring your own wine! After the festivities, you can visit the facilities of the pumping and transformation station just next door. A real cabane à sucre feeling. Small, cozy & noisy. The clinking of spoons, the chattering of the people around & the music. The way it should be :) you drive up to a real cabane with a fire pit outside ... the idea is nice but fire had burned out by the time we finished our meal which is a tiny little bit disappointing. Parking was an issue unfortunately ...
They mention a visit to see the pompage but you have to go to the other building next door (by car & find parking again ) maybe creating a trail between both buildings could give us somewhere to walk around the cabane for some
Outdoor walking ?
If you have children (it's too tight for a stroller or baby seat ..) it's not adapted for young infants (changing a diaper might have to be done in your trunk ) for us that was ok it's that extra outdoor feeling ;)
Food was amazing - pea soup was extra tasty & didn't have that thick gooeyness . My husband said they were the best eggs he's ever had at a cabane à sucre & we try a new installation every year . Little sausages were basic (not cooked in maple syrup). Extra special : ribs & chicharron (fried pork belly) MUST TRY . & what can I say about that tarte aux sucres . It just melted in our mouths , it was amazing !
Le service est bien, repas bien mais même si le repas est à volonté, il devrait y avoir 2 plats de chaque pour 10 personnes. Nous ne pouvons en avoir pour 10 personnes à la fois.

J'ai réservé avec un groupe d'amis pour mon anniversaire ! Cabane traditionnel avec la touche italienne woww ! Le plateau royal était délicieux! Le service super aussi ! Merci pour le beau moment

On a adoré! Bonne bouffe, belle ambiance, excellent service & plus intime que la plupart des cabanes à sucre. La tarte au sucre faite maison est succulente, à essayer sans faute!
