Cabane aux Délices des Sucres offers a cozy and traditional atmosphere that many guests find inviting for family outings. The service is frequently described as impeccable and friendly, with a welcoming team that enhances the overall dining experience. While individual preferences regarding the menu items vary, the generous portions and authentic approach to classic sugar shack fare generally leave a lasting impression, encouraging many visitors to return year after year.
We had a great time with family last Saturday at Delices des Sucres! My third time returning, & bringing new people to experience it every year!
The food was delicious. An Authentic sugar shack menu that is very flavourful! From the soup to the desserts 10/10. The sugar shack is warm & cozy. Our table of 9 was comfortable & there was plenty of food to go around. The Royal menu is also a treat!
Where else can you find a traditional Quebecois meal with Italian hospitality! The mozzarella di buffala & dry sausage plate is also a must order on the side.
Thank you to the team for the warm welcome! Looking forward to next year! 🙏🏼

Positive feature: the environment is small (70 people max), so there isn't lot of mess. & that's it about bonus; then it wasn't good experience.
When I paid the cashier (you can pay just cash - no credit, debit, e-transferor or whatever), he didn't explain there was also a second option (the royal menu wich has more food), we found out thanks the'neighbor' group table.
Even it was a small place, the service was very slow: we waited 10 minutes for the water refill, & everytime some food ended, we had to ask twice, because it passed at least other 10 minutes from the first request. There was also a waitress, who looked lost & we avoided to ask her anything, because she forgot to brought the stuff.
Food, in the average with sugar shack, nothing special. But for sure, I won't come anymore.
La nourriture était très bonne & nous avons eu un excellent service.
Par contre, nous avons manqué de nourriture & je n'ai pas pu goûter à tout, dont les saucisses.
We had a reservation for 13 people. Did not know beforehand that 3 of us would be seated at a different table with strangers. Thats where my 3 stars come from. Another thing was the candy bacon… not bacon at all. It was sweet & spicey pork chunks. It wasnt well explained. When someone reads bacon, we expect bacon for what it really is.
Parking was quite the task.
Other than that, the rest of the food was good. Generous portions. Family friendly place. Nice staff. The chef even came to the table & was open to conversation which is always a plus. Nice to see the person preparing your food. The place was clean & the service was quick. All in all, I can see why the establishment has been around for over 2 decades.
