Osias cabane à sucre is just outstanding!... The countryside is lovely, the cabane space is warm & cosy, only in timber, not too small, not too large to accommodate all the clients, & showcasing lovely black & white pictures/portraits of the whole Osias family, since the creation of the maple grove!
As for the food, delicious to say the least, served by staff always smiling, while the band is playing live music from the mezzanine... perhaps the only cons I deplore is that my stomach was full by the end of the meal, & so I could only eat two of those succulent fritters!
So just to recap, Osias is THE place to be!

Toujours notre place préférée ! Nourriture typique de qualité en abondance, un personnel accueillant & souriant, un bel endroit pour marcher en forêt avec une aire de repos près du feu, du petit module de jeux pour les enfants & surtout accompagné de leur bonne tire sur la neige. Nos invités européens ont adoré découvrir cette bouffe typique du temps des sucres!
