Experience très irrégulière, attente très longue une fois assis à l'intérieur, nos plats sont arrivés en ordre très décousu, un bol d'humus sans les accompagnement commandé, les Pirojkis froids contrairement à d'habitude, la siupe qui avait été commandé en entré qui arrive après, un long moment plus tard l'omelette au feta est arrivé longtemps après que nous ayons mangé les accompagnement, ensuite nos avons commandé des desserts qui ne sont pas arrivés après plus de 30 minutes d'attente, on a fini par demander l'addition pour pouvoir partir & annuler la seconde commande. Une grande file d'attente à l'extérieur, notre table de 4 aurait pu être libérer pour d'autres si le service avait été adéquat. La nourriture étaientView more

I love this place! This is just the type of restaurant I had been looking for in Montreal: beautiful simple space, quiet (no loud music & tables not too close) in a way conducive to conversation, with tasty & healthy food & lovely presentation. & the tea pots & small cups on these individual trays are a pleasure. I had the koukou with a perfectly seasoned side salad, & my party had the feta omelette. We had a delightful time. The prices are extremely reasonable for the quality & surroundings. 1. clockwise: sweet bread & pita, unlimited persian tea with 3 different types of sugar cubes presented in a beautiful little brass dish..., extraneous side of feta, honey, assorted yoghurts. & an unpictured tomato onion feta omelette 2. assorted dips + bowl of coffee everything was delicious, the tomato omelette especially so but probably because it reminds me so much of chinese tomato egg but with a different texture. & i love how the entire wall is completely open window lined with so many plants!!! perfect for people watching & enjoying summer aiView more

One of my favorite place to eat in the city! Been a customer for the last 10years (mostly for their breakfast). This place keep its welcoming charm & authentic delicious Persian food. Such a cute & pleasant local resto...Byblos serves Persian style cuisine for breakfast, lunch & dinner...organized in their menu by chapters (a very nice concept). The decor in this two room bistro is somewhat simplistic but gets the job done; & you are there to try some interesting takes on dishes that you probably would not normally have had the opportunity to experience. We were a large group & ordered a wide selection from the First Chapter of the menu: Fried Eggs with Dill (very good), Feta Omelet (good...a bit on the salty side), Date Omelet (excellent...a mix of sweet & savory that we have not experienced before), & the Feta/Halva/Sweet Bread plate (very good...nice assortment of jams to apply to the breads & pitas allow for a lot of experimentation). All the meals include tea or coffees (all of which were very good). NOTE: The omelets are not prepared in a typical way & are very runny & loose (see picture for reference...so be prepared). Service was excellent...super friendly & informative with the meal being served quite quickly even though the restaurant was almost a peak capacity. Certainly worth a visit...& after you meal, take a stroll along this section of Laurier to check out the many unique local shops. Enjoy!View more

Très bon! Fêta fraîche, c'était la première fois pour moi.
Sinon, la confiture à l'eau de rose est délicieuse & ça change vraiment des buffets habituels avec bacon, pommes de terre & oeufs. Pas de problèmes de digestion non plus. Je recommande!
