"The evening started out with a bang. The service was attentive and food came to the table quickly. Then It all took a turn for the worse. Still hungry we ordered additional menu items. After a long wait it became evident that they forgot to put in the order. Then when reminded, they brought the food, but didn't bring replacement place settings."
