Mon amie & moi marchions dans le Vieux-Montréal à la recherche d'un restaurant servant des huîtres, & nous sommes tombées par hasard sur Buvette Pastek. Quelle belle découverte! Best service I had in a long time. We we're 20 people & we never missed anything on the table. Leila is an amazing manager she answered all my emails quickly, she was super efficient. If you need to organize a small gathering I strongly recommend this restaurant! Also the food & the vibe were incredible. Thank you so much for allowing our group to create good memories for the engagement party of my brother.

With a brilliant wine list, my hopes were high. When eating the food, my hopes were dashed. Everything was just oily, even the modern take on a beef tartare. This is a place to be seen it felt, certainly more style over the substance. Service was missing a beat -- wine ordered with lunch only coming when the lunch was served; a missed opportunity that's for sure. Lunch also served without cutlery & it shows that noone is paying attention given that it then took another 5 minutes to get attention for said cutlery. All on a day when there were people about but it wasn't ridiculously busy.

One of the best places in Montréal to drink coffee, tequilas, or have a dinner! I really recommend visit, all staff are friendly, & the food is great!
