Surprenante buvette située en plein milieu du vieux port. Que ce soit pour prendre un verre ou manger, vous serez satisfaits du menu & de la qualité d'exécution. Rien à redire. J'y retournerais.
On arrive, toutes les places dans la fenêtre sont libres & sans réservation , mais comme on ne paie pas de mine puisqu'on arrive du musée & que nous ne sommes pas jeunes (55 ans), le jeune homme à l'entrée nous impose le comptoir au bar. Il faudrait informer le responsable du bar ce qu'est un barman… Service froid, lent & désorganisé alors que la buvette est presque vide. 120$ tips inclus pour deux cocktails & deux verres de Prosecco. Nous sommes restés 40 minutes & nous n'avons pas mangé.

Nous avons eu le plaisir de souper pour la première fois dans ce restaurant samedi dernier, & l'expérience fut mémorable. Le service, assuré par l'hotêsse, le serveur, le barman ainsi que le gérant ( Arnaud ), était irréprochable. Quant à la nourriture, elle fut tout simplement exquise. 5/5 💯
Our group had a great evening at Buvette! Worth walking through any street construction to get there. Once tucked inside; everything on the menu was amazing (seriously, there wasn't a single miss!), the drinks were delicious, the friendly staff offers impeccable service while being down-to-earth; & the atmosphere goes from light & airy in the daylight to cozy & candle-lit in the evening. Chic for a night out but still has a local neighborhood feel, you can dress up or dress down, this spot is right up our alley. Highly recommend.

Super service, nous avons été pour plusieurs anniversaires, & nous avons été choyés par le personnel, bonne bouffe, une attention particulière pour les fêtés & prise de photos.
I've only been here twice, once for brunch & once for lunch. On both occasions everything was pretty good. I just wish it was a little more lively but that could just be a seasonal thing. Keep up the great work.
Je me suis arrêté à ce resto/bar pour boire un coup & c'était très bien. Le barman Arnaud fait des cocktails formidables & il est très aimable. Je me suis revenu le prochain soir.
Nous avons été chanceux de trouver un place, car c'était un dimanche d'hiver moins achalandé dans le Vieux-Montréal. Cette buvette de l'hôtel Sonder, non loin du musée Pointe-à-Callière est très prisée. J'ai goûté le burger style sandwich déjeuner & les pancakes & c'était délicieux 😋

Belle découverte dans le Vieux ! Le service est cordial ! L'atmosphère est agréable & la bouffe est excellente ! Commandé le sandwich petit déjeuner & les pancakes. Très satisfaisant ! Je reviendrai !
Bel endroit, bon service, belle ambiance. Par contre je trouve cela gourmand de leur part de mettre un minimum suggéré de 18% de pourboire sur le terminal. Une pression sociale incommodante à mon sens comme client dans un contexte où le coût de la vie est en hausse.

J'ai modifié la cote suite à l'argument valide du propriétaire comme quoi une seule étoile représentait mal l'expérience dans son ensemble. Je reste toutefois ferme sur l'idée que le minimum de pourboire proposé devrait être de 15% pour ne pas induire de pression sociale.
In one word? Incredible. From the standout staff to the thoughtfully curated menus, Buvette Pastek has been my go-to for years now. From brunch to dinner I am continually amazed & impressed with the elevated space & the impeccable service. Highly recommend their cocktail/wine menus, & their food menus are excellent & underrated. Five golden stars!

Amazing neighborhood gem that I keep coming back to every week! The staff is always welcoming, making the atmosphere warm & friendly with a touch of chic! Perfect for any occasion whether it's a casual drink or a special night out. The cocktails are fantastic & their frequently updated menu keeps things fresh & exciting. It's a spot that truly never gets old!
One of my favorite spots in the neighborhood! The vibe is always on point, the drinks are fantastic, & the food never disappoints. The staff (Zach & Genevieve) here are incredible-friendly, welcoming, & attentive. I've had so many great moments here with friends & family, & it's always a pleasure to come back. Highly recommend if you're looking for a cozy, chic spot with great energy!
