My wife went to this restaurant for her Xmas lunch. She came home raving about the pasta carbonara.
Said it was amazing (Italian wife & great cook) she was impressed. Told me they made wood burning pizza. We use to go to a restaurant in Little Italy but they closed down years ago. We could never find a place to match their food. Glad to say that we are making Buon Gusto our new to go place for great food & service.

I had spaghetti Carbonara. It was tasteless. There was water from the pasta in the plate, then the Tiramisu was awful.

The food is always perfect. Ordered & shared a pizza & a pasta plate with my wife. Everything was delicious & the staff were polite, friendly & quick. It's already been at least 7 times in the past year that I've come & it definitely won't be the last.

Buon Gusto delivers an excellent Italian dining experience. The oven-baked pizza is top-notch, with perfect crust & fresh ingredients. Pastas & appetizers are equally impressive, full of authentic flavor. The restaurant is spotless, with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Service is outstanding-friendly, attentive, & fast. The only improvement would be adding fans outside for hot days. Overall, a must-visit for great Italian food.

Never disappointed in my visits to Buon Gusto! The four cheese gnocchi is one of my favorite pasta dishes I've ever tasted. Great service with a beautiful terrace as well.

Small but quaint restaurant. The staff on site was very friendly & service was very fast & efficient. Roberto, the owner, was very kind & patient, & answered all of my questions over the telephone. Prices are good & menu options are satisfactory. Note that they have a chalkboard with weekly specials that do not appear on the standard menu. My family enjoyed the experience. The feedback that I received from my group was that the pastas & the pizzas were very good (generous toppings for the pizzas); the veal dishes were just ok. They allowed us to choose different pasta/sauce combinations. They do allow a celebration cake from outside, however, they do charge up to $1.50 per person to serve it. There is plenty of parking. I would definitely return.

Lets start with the good part wihich is the service & the people there deserve a 5star for sure . Nothing complicated other than friendly good service that has become rare to find recently . The food is average, to be specific ... There's nothing wrong with it ... good pizza, but nothing great ... the pasta bolognese needs more taste into it & a thicker sauce , the fries could be better. The atmosphere on the other is very nice , mainly because of the feiendly people that work there , that make u feel welcome & well taken care of. I would come back again

The owner was exceptionally welcoming, & the service provided by the waiter was outstanding. The food was fresh & truly remarkable. Having visited many restaurants, I can confidently say this is one of the best! The pasta was freshly made, the pizza was delightful, & the steak was cooked to perfection. Even the desserts were outstanding- the brownie, tiramisu, & cheesecake were all delicious!

Buon Gusto is hands down the best restaurant in town. We were visiting Montreal this past weekend & went here for dinner our first night. We loved it so much we went back a second time before leaving. The food is off the charts & the atmosphere is cozy & feels Like home. The staff is attentive & cater to all your needs. It stems from the management, Like Robert one of the owners, who treated us like family. I cannot recommend this place enough. Please go for yourself & see how special Buon Gusto truly is. From Appetizers to pizza & pasta & even their main dishes, everything is delicious. Also, please make sure you have their desserts too. The tiramisu was amazing! Buon Gusto is the best in Italian food!

My second time in a month. They nailed it again! The pizza was delicious & so was the pasta. Our waitress was so polite, professional & answered all our questions without hesitation. The food came quick & without any faults. Definitely coming back & will bring more people to experience & enjoy such good food & atmosphere.

We were a group of 4 & Sat on the patio. Service was prompt & courteous. Food was delicious. Antipasto to share, 2 pasta dishes, 1 salad, 1 pizza, pitcher of sangria & espresso & dessert. It's nice to have such a great local place to dine.

First off we waited 2 & half hours for our food. Everything is way over priced. Taste was okay but not exceptional. Our plates were taken away from us barely a minute after having finished.
The portions of pasta were very small. The pizza was good but not many topping on the actual pizza. Mostly dough to be honest. We had the gnocchi poutine (sounded interesting) it was tasty but WAY too salty.
The place was so crowded I could barely walk to the bathroom & so ridiculously loud. We were so crammed our elbows were touching.
Don't waste your money. 65$ for 2 on a mediocre meal...

I went to my cousin's son's first communion reception dinner at this restaurant on Saturday night & I was so pleasantly surprised. I am Italian & I usually don't go to Italian restaurants when I go out because I'm never really impressed but I must say, I was impressed! The pizza was so so good, the grilled salmon was delicious & my biggest surprise was the pasta, I have a very hard time eating pasta at restaurants because the sauce always tastes odd &/or fake & it usually gives me a stomach ache but their sauce was so delicious & fresh that I finished my plate which is rare for me. The staff & service was great as well. I definitely recommend this restaurant & plan to go back for more!
