went there for the first time in the winter time & it was pretty good so we decided to go back for quick dinner Thursday evening...food was lukewarm...calamari tasted like flour.....we hardly ate & probably should have just ordered takeout from another restaurant...the server that brought us our bill was rude ....the bill was 63$ paid cash with 100$ bill took 10 minutes for her to bring us our change & then when we put the tip down she snatched the money off the side of the table said something in a different language & walked away no thank you no see you next time just rude....that will be the last time we go there....it's too bad because our first visit was okay for a buffet style resto...maybe time for some staff training

Pire expérience de ma vis car qu'on on est arrivé pour payer il on mis ma fille pour une adulte qu'on on les avait dis que elle a 12 ans il nous on pas cru est il ont ramener le boss juste pour qu'on paye un pris qui n'est pas résonance.

Everything was OK until the server brought the bill.
I skipped the tip on the terminal & the server immediately got outraged grabbing the terminal from my hands & reloaded the screen with the tip screen saying that we have to pay'for the service'.
I explained to them that I am not allowed to tip (we had people with special needs with us & our charitable organizations as a work policy is not allowing is to tip when we eat out). Server looked very disappointed & barely looked at me replying harshly.
I was honestly surprised with this'tip culture' of this place. Just a reminder that tips should never be expected & when your stuff behave like this you would always lose customers.
Never coming back.

Très belle expérience au Buffet Oui Oui! Il y a un grand choix de plats, tout était frais, savoureux & toujours bien rempli. Le personnel est accueillant, attentionné & le service est rapide. Le restaurant est propre, l'ambiance est conviviale & parfaite pour un repas en famille ou entre amis. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix. J'y retournerai avec plaisir & je le recommande sans hésitation
