Horrible service, got charged for 3 people when we were 2 & demanded a 10$ tip for awful service flavourless food highly recommend not to go also you want to feel robbed after leaving

Overall the food is good & there is a lot of selection. The service is slow at times, & often are not even offered drinks. The cups & plates are never clean, I usually ask them for a new cup. It is disappointing that you cannot make a reservation. It seems that the front of house (hosts & servers) lack some organization because it takes a long to be seated or to pay the bill.

The food tasted like day old. Really almost like yesterday's left overs. Nothing was warm. The soft drinks had a soapy taste. The cake desserts were definitely from store bought freezer cakes. The ice cream was not creamy but like low quality ice milk. Service was one pick up of our plates yet they requested
15-25 % tips. Cost $27.75 a person is theft
This place took over Buffy Vichy location redid the interior beautifully, but 0 out of 10 in food comparison Fire the chef or food manager.
DO NOT GO THERE EVER> BUY FOOD AT DOLLARAMA & you get better buck for the dolla

New location on my list, a lot of choices to chose from, really clean & fresh. If you are used to waste food this place is not for you because they will make you pay the food. Really good sushi, fresh, made on the spot. We will definitely go back for more delicious food 😋

I love the food but I was eating & seen There was flies all over the walls & even on the desserts & the lady was hitting the wall with a fly swatter & killing them in front of the guests. I paid & I also gave a 11$ tip. Sometimes it happens but sanity I wanted to leave because so many flies & felt disgusted. I wish to get my money back… paid 88$ for flies everywhere.
