It is the best open buffet I have been to in Montreal (in Quebec in general). It is huge inside. very good varieties. I loved biftek (sliced Beefsteak) that you grill your-self. Just notice the place could be packed & waiting time outside could be long.View more

Ever since they started requiring customers to pay upon arrival-& automatically including a tip in the bill with the option to add more-the quality of service has noticeably declined. We used to visit this place monthly, but it's time to start exploring other options.
I recommend bringing your own water, as the staff consistently fails to refill cups. This has happened on multiple visits. I was there this past Tuesday night, & not only did our server never return to check if we wanted more drinks, but I also had the pleasure of watching the bartender play on her phone for 45 minutes.
Eventually, I walked up to the bar to ask for a drink, & she told me to go back to my table, saying that drinks must be ordered through the server-then she went right back to her phone.
I remember when tipping was a way to thank someone for good service. Now, it seems to be treated as a guaranteed part of income-regardless of performance. Unfortunately, this kind of entitlement seems all too common in a generation raised on participation ribbons.View more
