This was the third time I ordered from this restaurant, the food was not very good but it is close to my place so I decided to order again. This time they took 1h45min to deliver my order, I live six blocks away. On top of the time, they did not bring my order complete, I was missing the drinks. The food was cold & it did not taste good at all. I called to complain about the drinks & they said I didn't indicate that I wanted drinks: the combo immediately said it included a pepsi or coke. They did not care to deliver the drinks. I also said the food was cold & they offered to send it again but for what? I had already waited almost two hours. It was 10pm & I wasn't going to wait again for that.
The guy said they would give me 20% discount on my next order if I called a given number. Honestly, I do not think I will order again anyways & definitely, won't waste my time calling for a discount: they should deliver the discount to my door.
