This is one of the nicest, most stylish cafes I have ever visited... anywhere. The interior is a beautiful combination of old & new styles that complement each other in a unique & very comforting way. Vaulted ceilings. & a lot if space that makes it so conducive to just hanging out with cool & interesting people. The baristas are awesome! They take their time to ensure your crafted desire is a treat, which is uncommonly nice. This was my first visit to Sherbrooke. I'm really happy to have found FARO. I highly recommend a visit if you're in the area.
The coffee here is amazing. The muffins & pastries, too, but the sandwiches not so much. The ambiance is great : full of students, professionals, & stylish people. The music is a little bit loud sometimes. The decoration is really nice. The workers are mostly students. Not much communication.
Ben, les options de café en vrac sont parfaites. J'y achète toujours, beaucoup d'options. Le seul problème est que si tu veux boire du café faite en méthodes comme V60, Chemex, etc, ce n'est pas possible, il n'y a que deux options de café, les cafés du jour & c'est tout. Alors, oui, c'est mon place préférée à acheter les grains de café, mais pour le profiter, pas vraiment.
Une fois testé, on ne s'y passe plus. J'y passe tous les matins pour prendre mon petit chocolat chaud habituel. La qualité des produits est excellente. Je recommande le muffins citron/bleuets ✨🥵 un vrai délice.
One of my favorite coffee shop in Sherbrooke. The vibe is amazing, coffee & food is great with some vegetarian options,& there's a great spot with lots of accessories for coffee making.

Good food but was a bit small. I dont think there was brie in the brie & fig scone? But i liked the veggie bbq tofu sandwich. Nice atmosphere / spacious.
Bon service, joli endroit mais n'allez pas là pour un bon mocha. De mélanger du lait au chocolat québon à mon café n'est pas vraiment de ce que je m'attends d'un mocha fait par un « barista », surtout compte tenu du prix. La prochaine fois je le fais chez nous. Dommage car c'est un endroit agréable le midi.
Very good coffee (had americano & latte). Plenty of room to sit down & get some work done. A few chairs outside is a very nice touch, it was nice & relaxing to sit down & enjoy the sun. There were a few food/dessert options too. The grand latte is huge! (Comparing to coffee shops in the US) Bathroom ✔️ (but only one)
