We got a bagel freshly baked & still hot 🔥 nothing really beats this.
In southshore, i know 2 spots that offer firewood baked bagels: Brossard Bagel & Oze.
We tried both to compare, i very slightly prefare the Oze. Also i prefer fairmont bagels in mtl & st-aviateur is my favourite spot still. But guys, we splitting hairs here! All 4 spots are AMAZING. Stop by & get one fresh while its hot!

Brossard Bagels are amongst the very best to be had anywhere in the area of Montreal. If you are on the south shore & you have a craving I strongly suggest you stop by this wonderful place. What's more they have many other delicacies that you can enjoy, including vegetable samosas (my favorite) Various sandwiches & other tasty treats. Their bagels have a fairly good shelf life meaning after five days. They have not yet gone stale, which is a good thing.

La nourriture en tant que telle est vraiment bonne, mais je me suis aperçu après ma commande sur DoorDash que le menu est assez incomplet en termes de photos & que la plupart des descriptions sont unilingues anglophones (non, mon téléphone ou l'application ne sont pas en anglais) & générées automatiquement par l'IA. Je trouve ceci peu professionnel &, à la limite, paresseux....Dommage...
