Lovely Montréal find for craft brews that breaks free of the typical industrial-bro-chic vibe found in many small breweries. It's light & warm, an aesthetic somewhere in between diner & European bistro. My husband & I each enjoyed a bock-worth of beer (I took the Saison NZ which was bright & citrusy, medium bodied with a dry finish. Excellent!). We shared a plate of fries, wonderfully seasoned & ample size to share!View more
The interior is magnificent, a true architectural piece. The cocktails & food are excellent; the lobster roll was perfect, & the fries are always spot on. This place really captures the Montreal vibe & I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Montreal!View more
Came here with a friend to try out the food scene in Montreal. The ambiance: 10/10 the interior was very unique & well done, the decor was coordinated & interesting. Service: 10/10 although it was rather busy, the waiters helped us promptly & had a box to take the leftover food home in. They also spoke in English to me even though my friend could translate which was very nice of them. Food: 8.9/10 I got the burger which was good although fell apart after a few bites, the fries that came with the burger were excellent. I also got the hibiscus mock tail which was average.View more
The hamburger & fries are excellent. I mean, it's a hamburger & fries... but every now & then, you get an amazing meal, & this is it. The beer was pretty good too 👌View more
We stopped in on a Monday night for dinner. The place was packed & a bit loud. We were served quickly. I ordered a Yuzu mocktail & classic beef burger. My husband chose a dark beer from their selection & the burger steak. Our food was fresh, hot & delicious & the drinks were top notch. I've never been served so many french fries in my life! My husband raved about his meal. Our experience was the cherry on top of a fantastic first day exploring Montreal. Highly recommend!View more

The drinks are great, the food is quality but my first time experience is ruined. Reluctant to return. As a restaurant worker, I don't make a lot of money; so when I do go out it's special for me: I save up, dress up for a full night out & finally visit this place. I was still seated at the bar & had just paid my bill, when some dumb, unprofessional, overzealous waitress who was carrying more than she could handle dumped a whole bunch of food down my back: globs of mayonnaise, fries & everything else rained from her giant tray, down on my coat, the back of my neck, the back of my clothes. & it seemed they waited for me to clean myself up in the bathroom, so they could apologize to my date (who did not get food dumped on her thank goodness at least) instead of having the courtesy at least to face me & apologize. They're lucky I had already paid my bill so it really didn't seem they cared much. Such a shame since an old good acquaintance of mine helped to start that place. Bottom line, there are better places to be than here, unless you don't mind getting fancy pub food dumped on you when you're not expecting it.I am extremely unlikely to spend my money here again.
