J'ai visité hier soir le jeudi 30 avril & mon expérience a été très décevante. Il y avait un sérieux problème de communication. Les travailleur ne comprenait ni le français ni l'anglais, ce qui rendait tout difficile. Je me suis aussi senti mal à l'aise en voyant des employés parler entre eux dans une autre langue en me regardant. Le plus inquiétant reste la qualité de la nourriture. Le poulet semblait insuffisamment cuit & après l'avoir mangé je suis tombé malade avec de sérieux problèmes digestifs. La sécurité alimentaire est vraiment pa bonne ici je ne recommande pas cet endroit à personne!!!
Je suis un habitué de ce restaurant. J'ai commandé via uber eats & ajouté des remarques. A mon arrivée pour le ramassge j'ai demandé si les remarques ont été prises en compte j'ai eu la réponse du manager avec une très mauvaise attitude que tout est là. J'ai vérifié à mon arrivée chez nous que ce n'est pas le cas. Retourné au restaurant avec l'assiette & montré que les remarques n'ont pas été prises en compte. Toujours mauvaise attitude du manager sans excuse & cherchait qui des employés a fait l'erreur. J'ai dû laissé l'assiette au restaurant & fait un suivi avec uber eats pour un remboursement.

First time that I come to this location. Super friendly staff, however we ordered beef shawarma platter, unfortunately it wasn't fresh at all. We ate it because we were starving after work but it was like from yesterday. Disappointed in our first experience at this location, usually we are happy at Boustan :(
I got a takeout order of falafel wraps & chicken wrap tonight. Falafels were dry & the chicken wrap came with hummus, instead of the garlic sauce inside. In another order before, the potatoes were burnt & oily. This store has not had consistent standards in my orders

Franchement, une très mauvaise expérience. Service peu professionnel & aucun sens du service client.
Ma fille a commandé un chawarma au poulet avec seulement de la mayonnaise, mais elle ne l'a pas apprécié. Afin d'éviter de le gaspiller, j'ai décidé de le manger moi-même. J'ai alors demandé au caissier s'il était possible d'y ajouter les crudités habituels incluses au début de la commande que j'avais droit. Il a refusé, en prétextant qu'il était trop tard.
Il aurait simplement pu me les mettre de côté sur mon assiette.
Unfortunately, I noticed that the employee did not change gloves & used the same gloves for handling different tasks. This is extremely unhygienic & unacceptable in a restaurant. It shows a serious lack of food safety standards & professionalism. I am very disappointed & concerned about the cleanliness of this place.

Typical fast food place. Nothing that stands out to them & others. But this place had nice people working there all the time & it's a clean place. They also have great specials that make it worth going late at night or if theres a meal you like. Probably have a day for it on special. Solid 4/5 for a fast food place.
THE SHAWARMA beef & chicken are juiy & exquisite particularly with the garlic patatoes!🫠 & they are incredibly fast & super generous. thanks, I''' visit again.
Personnel non respect & insulte les clients .le gérant incompétent & insulte les clients. Tres mauvais service. Beaucoup de monde se plaindre du service ..rotation des employés énormes. Aucun politesse envers les clients ..ce boustant n est une place a recommandé & il faut absolument changer le personnel & le gérant.
