I pre-ordered online & I went to pick up my food in person at the St Henri location. When I got home I noticed that both orders of garlic potatoes were only half filled.

Hey Boustan, are potatoes so expensive that they are worth losing customers over?

I payed 40$ (tip included) for 2 trios. I won't be going back & you better believe I'll be telling my friends & family. What a scam.

Gestion catastrophique & mépris total du temps des livreursUne honte. Vous me faites perdre 12
minutes de mon temps pour une commande qui était en réalité prête depuis le début. En tant que livreur, mon temps c'est mon argent, & ce n'est certainement pas ce restaurant
qui va compenser ma perte de revenus de la journée.Pendant qu'un premier caissier était occupé à encaisser un client (ce que je comprends tout à fait), un deuxième caissier passe juste à côté de moi après un long moment d'attente. Je lui montre poliment mon écran pour savoir si la commande est prête. Sans même daigner vérifier le sac qui se trouvait pourtant juste derrière lui, il me regarde de haut & me lâche un « Ouais, attendez » avant de tracer sa route.Ce refus de faire un geste de deux secondes, c'est un manque de professionnalisme flagrant. Retenir un plat déjà prêt par pur caprice, c'est saboter le travail du livreur & gâcher l'expérience de votre propre client qui va manger froid. Soit la direction recadre immédiatement le comportement & le sérieux de ses employés pour qu'on travaille d'égal à égal, soit ce genre de rappel à l'ordre va devenir très régulier ici. Ordered a Shish Taouk wrap trio over Uber Eats. While the potatoes were good as expected from Boustan, the wrap was unfortunately one of the worst I've had from any Boustan. The chicken was extremely dry & essentially turned into meat sand at the bottom of the wrap, & there wasn't much vegetables. I believe there is also supposed to be garlic sauce &/or hummus in the wrap by default, but there was little to none in this wrap. Disappointing, as I generally enjoy Boustan quite a bit. Can't say I'm willing to order from this specific location again.
