I just got chicken plate & a chicken sandwich & the salade (turnips onions ) taste like soap or some weird chemical & the potatoes are dry & old / first time going to this location. Never had this problem with Boustan before at other locations.

I recently tried Boustan & honestly the food was amazing. The chicken & beef were both perfectly cooked, juicy, & full of flavor. Their spices taste authentic & the portions are really good. I also loved the sides fresh garlic potatoes, salads, & the sauces make everything even better.
The service was quick, the place was clean, & the staff was friendly. Whether you want a quick meal or something filling after work, Boustan is the perfect spot. Highly recommended!

I've been going there for 3 years because they had the best chicken pita. What made them stand out was the longer cooking on the grill which made the sauce & the rest of the ingredient really come together. But now, they look at the bill for how much tip you left. If you did not tip, even if it was only a pita for take out, they remove immediately your pita claiming''it's done''. Very disappointed. Edit: The owner contacted me & seamed genuine about wanting to improve on the inconsistency of their product quality. It's nice since they have the best pitas when done right.

I come to this establishment often & the service that I usually receive is quick & friendly. On average it takes less than 10 minutes to be served. I usually come here around 10 pm though, so the time effeiciency could be different during the day time. The staff is friendly & efficient when it comes to preparing your food in a timely matter. There is this one specific lady in particular that makes you feel welcomed, but I didn't get her name to write it here. I usually get the beef bowl, chicken wrap, or vegan bowl & they are really great. As a meat eater, you would think that the vegan bowl would be bland, but this place manages to make it appetizing. I also do like getting their avocado salad when I want some lighter which also is good. I've never really sat down there to eat unfortunately, so I can't really talk much about the atmosphere.
