Best Boustan in NDG, no debate. The food is always fresh, portions are huge, & the garlic potatoes are actually insane. Staff is super friendly & the service is fast even when it's busy. The atmosphere is clean & chill, perfect spot for a quick meal or late-night craving. I've been multiple times & they never disappoint. Easily 5 stars.

Boustan used to be amazing, I've been going to downtown location for 30 years.
Nowadays the chain is coming out with more products - & slick marketing but the quality of the food has declined. Garlic potatoes are bland. No salt in food. No more omelettes for the veggie sandwiches & cheap tasting tahini sauce. They are focused on making money but forgot the food that made them famous…

How I miss the good old days of Boustan from 2016 up to the new ownership. Food was always delicious; the service always efficient & super courteous. Since then it's been so inconsistent & yet I kept giving another chance, but I'm finally done with that place. I can cope with a coleslaw pita with chicken instead of the opposite ratio as it used to be, but man I just can't do business with rude & arrogant staff. Never again, goodbye & good luck.

Mon copain commande pour 43$ de nourritures (pita poulet,salades)Photos à l'appui, l'erreur vient de la cuisine, mais le restaurant a l'audace de blâmer le chauffeur Uber alors que je suis allée vérifier sa voiture : il n'avait aucune autre commande !

Pour couronner le tout, il a fallu appeler 5 fois pour que quelqu'un réponde, pour finalement se faire imposer l'anglais au téléphone. Aucun effort pour parler français, aucune solution proposée, ils tournent en rond en espérant qu'on lâche le morceau. Incompétence totale, manque de respect pour la langue & pour le client. Gardez votre argent & fuyez cet endroit !

Literally the worst fast food place in the UNIVERSE, customer service is always bad & with uber orders it's even worse !! They put in the bowl the bad burnt meat 90% of the time, less sauce & they forget drinks & forks/spoons ALL THE TIME !

You can get very very better experience at shawarmaz or the mount Istanbul or the boustan snowdown
