Terrible experience. The meat had a strong fatty smell & tasted like plain beef with no marinade or seasoning. I also specifically selected hummus only, but they added mayonnaise anyway. Very disappointing. Overall, it was a complete disaster & I definitely would not order it again.

Tonight we ordered from Boustan thru Ubereats, they had a 2 for 1 deal that can not be missed. When our order finally came there were two items missing I attempted to talk to the delivery driver but he was rude & ignorant. I called Boustan & unfortunately I did not the person's name, he was very nice polite & apologetic. To my surprise he offered to replace the missing food & because they do not have delivery drivers this kind man brought it to us himself. I have spent most of my working life in the customer service industry & I have never seen a finer example of great service as well as going above & beyond. Thank you very much for everything.
