Ma commande a été annulée, & depuis, j'essaie de vous joindre pour obtenir mon remboursement. Je vous ai appelés à plusieurs reprises, mais vous ne répondez pas. Vous m'avez répondu une seule fois, puis plus aucune réponse depuis.
Je trouve cette situation inacceptable. Lorsqu'une commande est annulée, il est normal que le remboursement soit traité rapidement & que le service client reste disponible pour informer le client.
Je vous demande donc de procéder à mon remboursement dans les plus brefs délais & de me confirmer cela par écrit. Sans retour rapide de votre part, je serai dans l'obligation d'envisager d'autres démarches.

The food here is fantastic for a fast food place cannot be beat I was never disappointed quality price it's worth it & the people who work there are always so nice & helpful will certainly go again not my first time anyway
literally worst Shawerma I ever ate, came to me cold, chicken Shawerma the chicken pieces are very dry & hard to eat & obviously it has been sitting there for so long couldn't complete the sandwich so tried the beef one & it was more worse than the chicken that after the 3rd bite I went to the bathroom & started vomiting. really worst experience ever & won't try Boustan ever again.
Honnêtement, l'un des meilleurs restaurants que j'ai essayés. La qualité est constante depuis longtemps, le goût est impeccable & la propreté est évidente. En plus, la générosité & l'excellent service donnent vraiment envie de revenir. Un restaurant qui mérite tout le soutien.
