Coming from Ottawa "land of the Shawarma" nothing beats Boustans on crescent st. Crispy cabbage, flavourful chicken & the best spice hummus mix. Let's not forget the pita was crisped to perfection. Sad to go back to Ottawa & not have this place near me. Great job!Voir plus

This is an institution in Montreal & has been around forever, so I figured I had to try it. I got the mixed shawarma pita with the garlic potatoes. It was pretty good, but definitely not anywhere near the best I've ever had. The potatoes were old & pretty dry, the only thing that saved them was the garlic mayo, which was super good, extremely garlicky. It was so good I added it to the shawarma too, because it was a bit dry. It's a small dingy kind of partially underground eatery with a bit of seating outside, nothing special. I would hope there are better shawarma places in Montreal.Voir plus

I've been multiple times, & I love their food & service. It's delicious, & the potatoes are sweet & flavorful. Their garlic aïoli is stellar with a good amount of garlic in there. & their sauces are also great.Voir plus
I'm from NY & my coworker asked what's good to eat in Montreal & I told him he must try this place. Every time I go to Montreal, I make sure I eat this at least once a day. The white sauce they put on the potatoes is so good that I asked them if they can give me a big container to take home & I would pay for it. He gave me a Chinese soup container size amount & since I came from NY he didn't even charge me! What a kind staff member.Voir plus
