This was a great meal & evening. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu & very helpful as our guests decided on their meal choice. Sarah was just great in helping us choose 2 wines. It was just a lovely evening. I'd highly recommend the restaurant for high quality fine dining.

Amazing experience at Le Bouvardier! The atmosphere was fantastic, the staff were welcoming & attentive, & the drinks were incredible. We had the seafood tower, & everything was fresh, delicious, & beautifully presented. Overall, a great restaurant & bar with an awesome vibe. Definitely a spot I'd recommend & come back to!

On adore venir manger ici! Tout est toujours vraiment savoureux, & le personnel est sympathique & souriant. Le seul petit bémol cette fois-ci concernait l'entrée de crevettes nordiques, que j'ai trouvée un peu quelconque au goût, mais la présentation était tout de même très jolie. Malgré ce petit détail, on n'est pas déçus : nous revenons toujours avec plaisir!

Nous sommes venus déjeuner en groupe de onze personnes &, malheureusement, nous sommes repartis déçus. Nous avons commandé plusieurs entrées, des plats principaux ainsi que des desserts, mais aucun d'entre nous n'aimaient pas son repas.
Dans l'ensemble, la nourriture nous a semblé extrêmement grasse. Le risotto avec un loup de mer baignait dans l'huile, la bavette était assez épaisse, sans rien de particulier. Les frites étaient de paquet surgelés. Le dessert aussi, il était très ordinaire. Le pasta était correct.
J'avais commandé le foie gras en entrée, & j'ai trouvé ce plat particulièrement décevant, simplement le goût ne m'a plu du tout, ainsi que la sauce au salad & les frites...

Maybe just to summarize, our feeling amongst 4 of us dinning was the food / experience was overall a bit flat . & maybe because it was a Monday night . Subjectively while there was obviously a lot of effort in putting together the menu/ plates , it seemed to lack some burst of flavor or something distinguishing ; & maybe its matter of expectations; objectively , there was long pauses before & between courses , the soup which was interesting , was luke warm , & portions were smallish ; & the wine steward pointed us to very good choice of wine , but left us to pour the rest of bottle ourselves . Our waiter was kind & helpful , & he gladly helped explain the menu & had we felt welcome with no issues with English or our bad French :) ..it certainly could have just been an off night
