Excellent food. We had the scallops, striped bass, octopus & lamb all perfectly cooked. dessert was the best - millefueille to die for. Great service.
One note of complaint - the music in the restaurant was very annoying - hodgepodge of music - 50's hits one minute then r&b the next & different genres after that. Music should set the vibe of the restaurant. This playlist contributed nothing to the vibe except being annoying. How about some soft jazz, lounge music or easy listening to set the tone of such good food.

It took well over an hour to be seated beyond our reservation time. The staff were apologetic, but the overall experience was significantly ruined by the extreme delay. The food was objectively good with one or two dishes being a little strange, but it was better than average. The cocktails were mixed, the bartender downstairs was clearly more experienced, I sent the drink from the restaurant back & had them send one from the bar downstairs. The subsequent rush of our tasting menu also ruined the experience, we had a previous appointment that was now forcing a fast dinner thanks to the late seating. What could have been a nice experience was ultimately ruined by a lack of management, staff that'tried' but clearly didn't have the ability or authority to make any real consolations for the situation. I wouldn't go here again, there are dozens of better options in Montreal.

Delicious French fine dining, I enjoyed the Hiramasa sashimi, Duck Confit Cromesquis, Slow Cooked Lamb with Nantes style vegetables, & the Molten Hazelnut & Maple Cake. It was quite the culinary experience I had when tasting these dishes. Service was awesome & the waiter was very attentive.

The cuisine was outstanding. Each dish was beautifully plated & executed with remarkable precision, balancing bold flavors with classic French technique. Every course felt thoughtful & elevated, showcasing both creativity & respect for tradition. The quality of ingredients & attention to detail were evident in every bite.The service was equally impressive: professional, warm, & perfectly paced. The staff demonstrated deep knowledge of the menu & wine pairings while maintaining a relaxed & welcoming atmosphere. You felt cared for without ever feeling rushed or overwhelmed.Le Boulevardier sets a very high standard for fine dining in Montreal. It delivers excellence across food, service, & it is absolutely a destination restaurant. Highly recommended.

Salle & comptoir très agréable pour un lunch entre amis, mais pas vraiment pour discuter affaires: l'endroit est animé & par conséquent bruyant pour tenir une conversation discrète.
La vue est plaisante sur la rue Président Kennedy & la salle est décorée de bon goût.
Le menu est relativement abordable & offre un bon choix de plats, bien apprêtés & présentés.

Absolument fantastique. C'est ma 3eme fois au Boulevardier, & comme toujours impossible d'être déçu. Le service est impeccable, du début à la fin. Leurs conseils de choix de vin, par un sommelier expérimenté qui connaît ses vins sur le bout des doigts, vient également renforcer le sentiment que vous êtes dans un restaurant haut de gamme.
Lors de cette visite, les pétoncles que j'ai pris en entrée étaient sublimes, le filet de boeuf très bon, mais alors que dire du dessert... Divin! J'ai mangé dans des grands restaurants, goûté à des centaines de desserts, mais la ce fut incroyable! Leur millefeuille révisité est à s'en lécher les doigts. Je pense que je pourrais ça tous les jours. Pas trop sucré, croquant, avec du goût. En bref : allez y les yeux fermés, vous ne le regretterez pas.
