Cette boulangerie est vraiment une place exceptionnelle. On l'a découvert par hasard de passage à Bromont il y a quelques mois en achetant quelques pâtisseries en dessert pour un souper chez des amis.
Aujourd'hui on retourne à Bromont aussi pour les visiter. Tout leurs produits sont extrêmement bien balancés, pas trop sucré, toujours frais & très bien présenté. . Mention spéciale au nordinoisette & à la Brioche feuilletée! Mais tout ce qu'on essaie à chaque visite nous confirme la grande qualité de cette boulangerie. Merci 😀

Délicieux croissant praliné. Nouvellement arrivée à Bromont, on m'a conseillé de visiter cette boulangerie. J'avais vu des photos de gens assis à des tables, donc je me préparais à prendre un café & m'assoir. Malheureusement, pas d'endroit où s'assoir.
Superbe boulangerie. À chaque fois que je m'y rends j'en prends les yeux & les papilles. Mention spéciale pour leur pain des amis. Les bûches de Noël étaient également excellentes.

I read through all negative reviews & all of them are from the distant past. The place is truly amazing, not only because of the quality of the pastries but also because of the wide variety of items. Baked goods ranging from sweet to savory are displayed on the counter: quiches, croissants, cakes, baguettes, & more. Everything is freshly baked.
The pastries can be warmed up, & as an extra option, different types of coffee are available. We took many items to go because it's impossible to resist.
According to older reviews, many years ago this place was a restaurant, but now it is strictly a take-out bakery. There are no tables & no restrooms, which actually makes it a better & more eco-friendly.
All baked goods are carefully packed in paper bags, no plastic at all. The staff is very friendly & welcoming. When I came here, I get the feeling that I'm in a real bakery in France.

Les pâtisseries, le jambon beurre digne digne d'une boulangerie parisienne. Ça m'a rappelé tellement de souvenirs. Les prix sont abordables. J'aurais bien aimé tout goûter..
