This is the best gluten free bread I've ever had. It's far better than most wheat breads. Soft, flavourful, totally without crumble, this is phenomenal. I've no idea how they do it but it's that good I've carted their baguettes 13,100kms from Canada to Australia. If you're celiac this is the Holy Land.

I just made French toast with the white loaf & it tasted, & most importantly, had the texture of regular bread!

We ordered bread, bagels, baguettes & hamburger & hotdog buns. Toasted they are crispy & soft. Excellent grilled cheese bread. As close as you are going to get to wonderbread feel in a gluten free product.
