I would have to say that their bread & pastries are delicious but expensive. 6.50$ for an almond croissant is a little pricey. On the other hand you can tell it's made by a very good pastry chef. Downside is that the place looks so run down. It has soooo much potential to be better. I was there in October & it was full of fly's! It was warm out & I suppose they had the doors open in the back but not a good idea. Fly's buzzing around the pies & all over the ceiling.
I also don't get that they are closed so often. Many times when they were supposed to be open they were closed.

A lovely little bakery with truly excellent artisanal sourdough. The bread has a beautiful crust, a soft, flavorful crumb, & that perfect, subtle tang you hope for in a well-made loaf. What made the experience even better was the friendly, professionals who are welcoming, knowledgeable, & happy to help without being pushy. A great place for quality bread & genuine, thoughtful service.
Une très belle découverte. Tous les pains sont au levain, d'une grande qualité, avec une croûte bien dorée & une mie légère & savoureuse. L'accueil est tout aussi agréable: de vrais professionnels, souriants & toujours heureux d'aider. Une adresse à recommander sans hésiter.
