I would have to say that their bread & pastries are delicious but expensive. 6.50$ for an almond croissant is a little pricey. On the other hand you can tell it's made by a very good pastry chef. Downside is that the place looks so run down. It has soooo much potential to be better. I was there in October & it was full of fly's! It was warm out & I suppose they had the doors open in the back but not a good idea. Fly's buzzing around the pies & all over the ceiling.
I also don't get that they are closed so often. Many times when they were supposed to be open they were closed.

Excellente boulangerie! Une perle rare avec des produits de qualité, des portions généreuses & un bon rapport qualité prix. Cela fait plusieurs mois que je veux laisser un beau commentaire mais après avoir goûté la savoureuse galette des rois, je me suis dit que c'était le temps! C'est de loin une des meilleures que j'ai goûté! 👑 Merci la boulangerie Dauphin, nous avons hâte à chaque fin de semaine de prendre nos produits favoris faibles en gluten pour mon conjoint intolérant (foccacia , pains, viennoiseries)!

What a jam!
A lovely little bakery with truly excellent artisanal sourdough. The bread has a beautiful crust, a soft, flavorful crumb, & that perfect, subtle tang you hope for in a well-made loaf. What made the experience even better was the friendly, professionals who are welcoming, knowledgeable, & happy to help without being pushy. A great place for quality bread & genuine, thoughtful service.

Une très belle découverte. Tous les pains sont au levain, d'une grande qualité, avec une croûte bien dorée & une mie légère & savoureuse. L'accueil est tout aussi agréable: de vrais professionnels, souriants & toujours heureux d'aider. Une adresse à recommander sans hésiter.

Une superbe boulangerie où tout est fait maison & toujours frais ! La variété de pains est impressionnante, & on y trouve aussi d'excellents croissants, focaccias, sandwichs & salades. Il y en a pour tous les goûts. Vous pouvez même y commander un bon café pour accompagner votre repas.

L'endroit est très propre, l'ambiance chaleureuse, & le personnel est toujours souriant & accueillant. Chaque visite est un vrai délice. Une adresse à ne pas manquer !

This little bakery is a gem of the upper Outaouais/Lower Laurentians. Both sweet & savoury baked goods abound & they are all delicious. From the focaccia to the pies & pastries, it's all delicious. The service is friendly & helpful.

Du pain sans gluten délicieux! Enfin un pain sans gluten qui est en tout point semblable au pain avec gluten côté goût & textures mais sans les méfaits. Les pâtisseries sont toutes aussi excellentes! Merci JPaul de partager ta passion! :)
