J'aimerais les encourager car les bonnes boulangeries se font rares & celle-ci en est une. Mais le service est nul. Le manque de main-d'oeuvre ne peut pas tout excuser. Formez vos employés. Apprenez-leur à interagir avec les clients dès qu'ils se présentent, avec le sourire... & non en les ignorant & en continuant à discuter avec leurs collègues. J'ai attendu 10 minutes avant qu'on s'intéresse à moi.
