J'ai effectué une commande pour emporter par téléphone pour 8 personnes la jeune femme qui m'a répondu a été super polie & professionnel elle a réviser la commande 2 fois avec moi . J'entendais le sourire dans sa voix. Lorsque nous sommes venus chercher la commande tout étais parfait chaud & aucune erreur. Elle tais emballer de façons à être facilement transportable. Un gros merci . Boston pizza mirabel . Vous avez fait de notre party une réussite

Fish ans chips ordinaire & poulet Parmigiano la sauce sur le spaghetti goûtait absolument rien, même pas la tomate. On retournera plus.

Vert sadly last night, I lost a nice gift card to an empty restaurant & a very rude manager who was really not happy to welcome me with my 2 young children. A very important message to the owner, if it was not for the very professional waitress responsable for the Bar section . The beautiful JULIANNE put back a big smile on the face of my 2 sons . Just the way that she offer them there dessert . SHE' deserved to be promoted as the new restaurant manager. Regards

Our visit to Boston Pizza was extremely disappointing & poorly managed.
From the moment we arrived, everything felt disorganized. The service was very slow, & there were long delays before receiving our food. When the dishes finally arrived, several orders were incorrect, forcing us to send items back after already waiting far too long.
The behavior of one server was particularly unprofessional & rude. When we asked for assistance, her response lacked respect & professionalism, making the situation uncomfortable for our entire table.
One incident stood out as especially unacceptable: the server took ketchup from our table & gave it to another table without asking, which raised serious hygiene & customer service concerns.
Management was clearly ineffective & absent. A person who appeared to be in charge witnessed the issues but did not intervene, assist customers, or correct staff behavior. There was a clear lack of leadership.
Overall, this restaurant does not meet the standards expected from Boston Pizza. Poor service, lack of organization, & weak management made this a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this location.

Very Poor Experience - Far Below Boston Pizza Standards
I visited Boston Pizza with my family & friends, & unfortunately this was one of the worst dining experiences we have had at any Boston Pizza location.
The service was extremely slow, & our food arrived after a long delay. When it finally came, several orders were incorrect & did not match what we had asked for. Some items had to be returned after waiting for a long time, which completely disrupted our meal & experience.
One of the servers was very rude & unprofessional. When we politely asked for assistance, she responded in a disrespectful manner & said that she does not speak English. While language barriers can happen, basic courtesy & professionalism are still expected - & this was completely lacking.
An especially unacceptable & strange incident occurred when the server removed ketchup from our table & gave it to another table without asking or checking if we still needed it. This behavior was shocking & unhygienic.
The management was clearly ineffective. A person who appeared to be a manager was present & observed the situation but did nothing to correct the behavior, support the customers, or manage the staff. She also seemed to avoid our table & tried to act as if she was not the manager, which made the situation even more frustrating.
Overall, this location shows poor service, lack of professionalism, & weak management. It does not reflect the standards or reputation that Boston Pizza is known for. I would not recommend this location to anyone, & I sincerely hope head office reviews what is happening here.

Can't complain about something as God as BostonPizza. Even in mexico its the place place to eat. Had a chicken ceasar salad. The only thing is that the chicken breast was really small. So not sure if its a mistake or not but....anyways great place to eat amd watch some sports. Thanks

Excellent service des serveuses, qui s'entraident toutes! Rien à dire sur la cuisson, tout est arrivé chaud! Musique un peu forte mais le reste sur la coche!

Toujours une belle expérience au final restaurant familial & avec une section bar pour faire le party. J'enlève une étoile parce que la dernière fois à la StValentin je suis partie trop vite & ont c'était trompé de 50$ sur ma facture j'ai signalé au responsable pour finir par comprendre qu'il n'était même pas en charge de la succursale de Mirabel sinon il avait l'air de vouloir me rembourser j'ai laisser tomber mes démarches c'était trop long…

I liked very much the services. The food was good as well. The prices are reasonable. We had a nice time with a big company, beer :-)) & sport TV.
