45min attendre quelqun pour nous demander si on voulais quelque chose a boire, ensuite 15min plus tard pour nous faire dire que le groupe de 40 personnes allais passer avant nous une fois la commande de la nourriture faite. Donc 1h facile a attendre pour rien & plus quon a 4 jeune enfants de 7ans & moin qui sont autant impatient. Experience désastreux.

The service was amazing, an error was made with our food & it was fixed right away. The food itself was wonderful. I enjoyed my pasta & I would recommend the shareable entrees that contains a mix of everything, it's a treat. I'm not a fan of the decor but that's personal preference.

Bonjour, j'ai vu tous les avis concernant ce Boston Pizza & son service client déplorable, & j'en ai été témoin moi-même. Notamment ce soir le 27 mars 2025 de la part du serveur Antonio, qui non seulement m'a forcé à commander un pourboire, mais m'a aussi manqué de respect. J'espère que la direction prendra des mesures pour sensibiliser ses employés & leur apprendre à bien traiter les clients, non pas par simple intérêt financier, mais par véritable plaisir de servir les gens sans rien attendre en retour.

the shrimps on my bowl were raw... seemed like they had just came out of the bag & just seasoning was put on them.
Plus I don't feel well, so that is a big hazard!
can lead to food poisioning as sea food has a lot of bacteria & salmonella.Please speak to your cooks...
