The service was extremely poor. No one came to see us, & we felt completely ignored. The chicken wings were undercooked, with blood still inside, which is frankly disgusting & unacceptable. Furthermore, we were practically forced to leave a tip, even though the service absolutely did not warrant it. There are so many things that need fixing at this establishment. Honestly, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Service extrêmement mauvais. Personne ne vient vous voir & on a l'impression d'être complètement ignoré. Les ailes de poulet étaient sous-cuites, avec encore du sang à l'intérieur, ce qui est franchement dégoûtant & inacceptable. En plus, on nous a pratiquement forcés à laisser un pourboire alors que le service ne le méritait absolument pas. Il y a énormément de choses à corriger dans cet établissement. Honnêtement, je ne recommande cet endroit à personne

Très mauvaise expérience dans ce Boston Pizza.
Dès notre arrivée, le service a été extrêmement lent & désorganisé. J'ai commandé une bière au début du repas, mais après presque une heure d'attente, je ne l'avais toujours pas reçue. J'ai donc dû la redemander. Après cette deuxième demande, 30 minutes supplémentaires ont passé & la bière n'était toujours pas arrivée.
J'ai finalement demandé à parler à la gérante pour essayer de régler la situation. Malheureusement, elle n'a montré aucune volonté d'aider ni de trouver une solution. Elle m'a simplement affirmé que la bière venait d'être ajoutée à la facture, ce qui est faux, puisqu'elle y figurait déjà depuis environ 1 h 30.
Le service de la serveuse a également été très décevant. Elle est venue une seule fois au début pour déposer des verres d'eau, puis elle est repartie sans même nous donner de menus. Nous ne l'avons pratiquement plus revue par la suite.
La gestion des commandes était aussi chaotique. En plus de cela, une sauce a été renversée sur mon ami pendant le service.
Pour couronner le tout, mon ami avait commandé un burger avec une sauce. Le burger est arrivé sans la sauce. Lorsqu'il l'a demandée, elle est arrivée environ 30 minutes plus tard, alors qu'il avait déjà terminé de manger.
Ce qui est le plus décevant dans toute cette situation est l'attitude de la gérante. Elle n'a ni essayé de résoudre le problème, ni présenté d'excuses, malgré tous les problèmes évidents de service.
Au final, c'est l'une des pires expériences de service en restaurant que j'ai eues. Un minimum de professionnalisme & de respect envers les clients aurait été apprécié.
There was a young woman serving us-I don't know her name, but she had two nose piercings. She pressured us to leave a 15% tip, even though tipping should be my choice. Before she even asked for 15%, I had already left what I felt was a reasonable tip for the service she provided.
Because of this experience, I will not be coming back. I also think this issue should be addressed, as I've seen other reviews mentioning the same problem.
i went there two weeks ago with my cousin & two 9 year olds, we went there for a girls night, the service was long & awfull we went there at 8:30 we got our food at 9:30 & left the restaurant at 10:30. I payed more than 100$ & as 18 year olds that was a lot. I left a tip & the waiter was not happy, he got aggressive with his words, acting like a begger & created a whole problem for a tip. The girls got scared & they dont want to go there anymore. As i went to go talk with the manager (she couldnt care less) he went behind my back, cursed me out & did me the middle finger i went back & he started yelling & made a even bigger scene. Never ever going back do NOT recommend.
Lundi post Superbowl. Pour le souper. On était 9 dans le resto. Super service, servie rapidement, serveuse présente & attentionnée.
Pour trois, 90$ avant pourboire c'est bien. Des portions généreuse. Ont est repartis avec un gros doggy bag.
Mais ça goûte comme qqchose que je pourrais me faire à la maison.
Les 3 tacos souples étaient généreux en poulet & en sauce mais j'ai manqué de mayo épicée qui venait avec les chips pour rendre ça intéressant.
Patate Cactus, les chipes étaient molles & imbibées d'huile.
C'était notre première fois chez Boston Pizza, & ont va réessayer.
This was the worst experience I've ever had. Me & my friends were eating here late at night after a long day, food was a little long to come but not horrible. On the other hand, as I was paying I didn't have enough money to tip even though the service was awful, it was even worse once she started peer pressuring me into paying a 15% tip, borderline insulting me to the point where I was in tears. I do not recommend coming here, will never come again.

We were three young teenagers, two unemployed. We ate & the food was alright. However, when we were about to pay, my friend realized that she didn't have enough money to tip our (very rude btw) waiter. She excused herself & the waiter started talking in a very rude way. Calling us broke, forcing my friend to pay 15% tip KNOWING that she didn't have enough money, insisting that she didn't get payed enough & that we were being straight up a holes. Why are you arguing & screaming at a 16 yr old for a 15% tip on a SATURDAY NIGHT? I find it unacceptable, for a grown lady, who probably doesn't receive love from her husband, to bash a teenager for not having enough money. Get your money to pay your bills but don't ruin other people's day because of your selfish needs. Don't recommend coming here.
Went last night Nov.29..just a horrible experience service was terrible..waited 30 min to get served restaurant was not packed at all..asked for a glass of water..finally asked again took another 15 min..food was terrible..pizza tasted like a frozen one..spaghetti sauce tasted like a canned one ..had to ask for a spon for my dessert
