We were 8 people restaurant not busy at all for mothers day we waited 30 min for water . Waitress couldn't understand a word of English. Chicken wings wore raw blood raw manager said they r cooked 2 times. Said he would take it of the bill .waitress came with the wings on the bill we Complained again . We waited 1 hour for food restaurant was empty . Tomatoes on hamburger was rotten. Spicy chicken nachos wasn't fully loaded for 22$ & not spicy . Kids spaghetti not enough sauce. 4 of us ordered hamburgers we all didn't eat it .we all took it to go it was dry . Kids ice cream was a table spoon . Not even an ice cream scoop Waitress couldn't speak a word of English, never mind very slow , ans wanted her 15 or more percent tip. I have been 2 other times to this boston pizza .this time bad food bad service bad experience dont recommend at all.
Our recent visit to Boston Pizza left us extremely disappointed. Upon being arrived before 9pm, we were informed by the waitress, that a section of the restaurant was closed, despite us observing people being seated there afterward. We were relocated to a spot next to the bar, sandwiched between two rowdy groups of people . The atmosphere was far from pleasant. To add to the frustration, our order took an hour to arrive, with no explanation from the staff. It wasn't until we inquired about our order that it finally came. Throughout our wait, the waiters seemed to pay little attention to us, never offering water or even basic utensils. It felt as though they were catering solely to the other two groups, who were noticeably loud & disruptive. Overall, the level of service we received was unacceptable. We left feeling incredibly dissatisfied & unlikely to return.Voir plus
On y mange régulièrement depuis des années. La cuisine n'est pas prétentieuse, variée, e tbonne. Le menu est renouvelé au fil des années. Les prix sont bons également. Le service est chaleureux. Les enfants sont bien accueillis.Voir plus
My family & I usually love Boston Pizza & were excited to go to this new location, but the manager a man named Louis was extremely unpleasant. He verbally berated & talked down upon his employees in a very condescending attitude that made us all very uncomfortable. I felt super bad for the girl with glasses which was one of the people he was yelling at so when she was passing the table later I told her she was doing a great job. She seemed surprised but thanked me. At one point Louis came to our table & asked us if everything was alright as he was doing his rounds or walking by put something (he was the manager not our server). We asked about a special & he seemed aloof & unaware & simply said "I don't know". Our server & the person behind the bar seemed to know more about the menu & promotions & were a lot more helpful. I'm just shocked the manager would yell at employees in front of me & seemed aloof about his own menu when I asked a question (he didn't even offer to ask anyone else). As long as he's there I will not be dining at this locationVoir plus
Contente de retrouver notre Boston Pizza après quelques années de fermeture. J'y suis allée souper samedi soir dernier avec une amie & tout était excellent! Tant la nourriture que l'ambiance & surtout le service par Jade Bedard, qui nous a servies avec le sourire & a pris le temps de répondre gentiment à nos questions sur le menu, entre autres. Me & my husband went to Boston Pizza for supper tonight it was really good I had Chipotle chicken Quesadillas with French fries & my drink was a cola with no ice my husband had smoked meat pizza should have put more pizza sauce on though he also had his beer very good service we will go backVoir plus

I went here as a kid growing up & it was all right but after the reopening I was blown away. The food is really good. Service is really fast. The staff are really nice. It is a sports bar with a restaurant & the prices are reasonable & aren't extreme like other places & let me say this again. The food very good. Réouverture depuis plusieurs mois de fermetures, la nourriture était très bonne la nouvelle pizza carbonara a très bon goût & la portion entrée a partager est très généreuse pour le prix. Malheureusement notre serveuse était pas très présente... elle a apporté de l'eau & pris la commande & a apporté le tout. C'est le boysboy qui a du venir nous ravitailler suite a plusieurs minutes d'attentes. Elle n'est même pas venu vérifier si tout était correcte & si il nous manquait quelque chose.
