At BOSSA, we make sandwiches the right way: bold, generous, and full of heart.
What started as a simple neighborhood sandwich shop has grown into a small, family-run restaurant chain built on a simple idea: authentic products, prepared with care. Every sandwich is made with our own bread, baked fresh every morning in our bakery. From our homemade proteins to our sauces and toppings, we give the same care to every ingredient we serve.
Reviewers repeatedly praise Bossa for large, flavorful sandwiches made with high quality ingredients, from porchetta and chicken parmigiana to mortadella and cannoli, with many noting generous portions and a satisfying mix of textures. The menu's variety satisfies many tastes, including hot and cold options, and the desserts are frequently highlighted as standout treats. Service is described as fast and friendly, with attentive staff and cashiers who help with orders and recommendations, though a few notes mention long lines during peak hours and occasional slower experiences at certain locations. Overall, the experience is described as delicious, consistent, and great value for the price, with several mentions calling it among the best sandwich spots in Montreal. Some reviewers felt the hype was excessive or noted occasional grease or price concerns, and one review mentioned a past issue with dessert presentation, but most recall a warm, welcoming vibe and reliable quality across visits. In short, Bossa offers substantial, flavorful sandwiches and a positive, bustling atmosphere that attracts repeat visits.
Sandwich parmigiana poulet plutôt moyen. Poulet trop sec, tout était huileux, sauce tomate correct mais pas plus, tout se défaisait même avant de manger.
The service ruined our experience
They gave us that tag that's supposed to vibrate once your order is ready. 30 mins went by & still nothing.. I went up to them & I saw them just cleaning up, not really busy making any sandwiches.. Then I saw my sandwich laying on the counter inside. When I asked the guy about my order he stared for 2 secs & was like'ah yeah here's your food enjoy'.. the sandwich was cold & nobody cared to give it to us or activate the tag for 30 mins. The whole staff looked like they're bored underpaid teens, so probably no surprise with the service.
Absolutely delicious Italian sandwiches!
We stopped in for a quick bite & were blown away by the quality. The prosciutto sandwich was perfection-thinly sliced, rich & savory, paired with fresh bread & just the right balance of toppings.

Merci.
Very good, good service the person was very good at obtaining me what i wanted from a photo because it is not on the menu (philly sandwitch) it was good spicy & they were very efficient! Thank you.
I love Bossa sandwiches but i had to wait around 20 minutes in line this morning, which definitely tested my patience. But when I finally got to the cashiers, their attitude completely changed my mood. They were super polite, & really made an effort to make things right.

I had a 20+ minute wait for a cold veggie sandwich, & not because they were especially busy; people who ordered after me were being served before me. But the manager very kindly offered us a couple of free drinks & apologized - good service. The sandwich itself was very good & I would go back.
