At BOSSA, we make sandwiches the right way: bold, generous, and full of heart.
What started as a simple neighborhood sandwich shop has grown into a small, family-run restaurant chain built on a simple idea: authentic products, prepared with care. Every sandwich is made with our own bread, baked fresh every morning in our bakery. From our homemade proteins to our sauces and toppings, we give the same care to every ingredient we serve.
Overall, BOSSA Prêt à manger receives praise for large sandwiches filled with high quality fresh ingredients, generous portions, and friendly fast service in a busy setting. Reviewers note a wide variety of fillings such as porchetta, diavolo, chicken parmigiana, cutlet and Milanese, with soft flavorful bread and memorable desserts. While some mention occasional inconsistencies when the owner is not on site, the experience is generally positive and the sandwiches are described as satisfying and worth the wait, with many calling it one of the best sandwich spots in town and a reliable comfort option for a quick Italian style bite.
I got the porchetta sandwich warm. It's generous in portion size. I think two people could split it with a harty healthy salad & call that lunch. Really good price point for what you get.
The flavors work well & the bun held up until the end. Everything has a good portion in the sandwich, so you don't feel like you're missing out on something.
The line can get long & crazy at 12pm. So go early or late, if you want to cut down on being in a long line.

The cashier was really nice & made ordering super easy. I wasn't sure what to get, but they helped me pick & it turned out delicious. Great service & tasty sandwiches I'll definitely be back!
Used to regularly go there during uni to eat their tiramisu, but while before they were plated & delightfully presented, they've recently taken to pre preparing them & giving them in a plastic box with lower quality & quantity. The biscuits are watery & mess with the texture & taste & the presentation is abysmal.
I'm honestly pretty sad, they made some of the best tiramisu in montreal for a decent price, before
I had the cutlet 2.0 sandwich & really liked it-fresh, tasty, & satisfying. The service was good, & the cashier was friendly & helpful. Overall, a great experience!

I'm editing the score, as I went back to this branch this weekend & the moment I told them I had e bad experience they tried to compensate it with a sandwich on the house!! This time it was perfect as usual! Ioved the fact that they are so considerate!!
Previous review: I love the food, not in this branch though! The staff doesn't know how to wrap a sandwich! You can see the picture how the sandwich is messy & even messier when you wanted to eat it!
This gem is located in the mall in the upper floor of the food market. Walked by so many food options, but this one peaked my interest.
Ordered the Diavolo & it was phenomenal(a bit spicy for those that like the heat) Wish I could have taken 1 more different one to go but these sandwiches have to be eaten right away bc of the sauces otherwise the bread would be completely sogged.
I'm DEFINITELY stopping by next time I'm in town & near the mall.
