At BOSSA, we make sandwiches the right way: bold, generous, and full of heart.
What started as a simple neighborhood sandwich shop has grown into a small, family-run restaurant chain built on a simple idea: authentic products, prepared with care. Every sandwich is made with our own bread, baked fresh every morning in our bakery. From our homemade proteins to our sauces and toppings, we give the same care to every ingredient we serve.
Overall, BOSSA Prêt à manger receives praise for large sandwiches filled with high quality fresh ingredients, generous portions, and friendly fast service in a busy setting. Reviewers note a wide variety of fillings such as porchetta, diavolo, chicken parmigiana, cutlet and Milanese, with soft flavorful bread and memorable desserts. While some mention occasional inconsistencies when the owner is not on site, the experience is generally positive and the sandwiches are described as satisfying and worth the wait, with many calling it one of the best sandwich spots in town and a reliable comfort option for a quick Italian style bite.
Find it in the Market at Eaton centre. Creat food we hand sandwiches 1 cold 2 pressed they had a bit of char that gave them a crunch even after our takeout order went across the city. Recommended
The waiter was very kind & accommodating to English speech. They have a great variety of sandwiches & they also have have cannolis, certainly the best part personally. The food was good & filling & had a reasonable time for getting food to the counter!
We came from Edmonton, AB & BOSSA absolutely did not disappoint! Loaded, delicious sandwiches & crispy flavourful chips. Noah & the entire staff were incredibly welcoming & would highly recommend if you're visiting Montreal!
The sandwiches are really good, you get a good hearty sandwich for the affordable prices they have. Also the cashier Valentina was super friendly, very kind & she's cute
The place is a hidden gem! I recently visited & had an amazing experience. The service from Yaya was beyond exceptional. Yaya's attentiveness & friendliness truly elevated the dining experience. The sandwiches were top-notch, with fresh ingredients & delicious flavors. I recommend the cutlet 2.0.
Very disappointing bread, one of the most important elements in a sandwich. Had the mortadella for $16 only to be disappointed by the unpleasant texture of the bread. I brought it home, took out everything & heated it up & remade the sandwich to give it a better texture & mouth feel.

These are some of the best sandwich's I have had in my life. In my recent visit to Montreal I stopped here twice. The chicken cutlet sandwich is incredible. I would highly recommend this place if you are in the area.
Located on the 3rd floor of Centre Eaton in the Time Out Market. Bossa makes some great sandwiches. They offer cold/deli style & hot. I am from Philadelphia, so of course I had to try the Philly Cheesesteak & Philly Hoagie, both were delicious, especially the hoagie. Quality ingredients & meat/cheese portions were perfect (important for a hoagie). Busy spot, but line moves fast.
Sandwich was absolutely bussin, the cooks clearly put their 🐱 into it. Cashier with the Ferrari shirt was also very cute & helpful. This cured my hangover!! 👌 Would recommend the wedding sandwich.
