Very sauggy panini. My bread was all wet, as if dunked in water... maybe it was that specific sandwich that ill never have again but im willing to go back & give it another try.
I really wanted to like the cheesesteak sandwich but it was way too salty! & as someone who adds more salt to everything, that's saying a lot! The bread was delicious though, soft & fresh. Maybe I just ordered the wrong choice…sad i paid $21 for sandwich that was way too salty to finish

So inconsistent. First few times i ordered from this place they would PACK the sandwish with meat. I really thought u finally found a sandwich spot that wasn't stingy with their meats. Last 3 or 4 times its all bread. Lack of consistency I guess some of the workers are stingy. 20$ for mostly bread is wild. Never again.
Fourth time ordering from here, twice we've been disappointed. Very inconsistent. Had the steak & pepperoni today … no pepperoni, bread wasn't fresh, meat didn't taste too fresh either. Super dry. We couldn't finish it. Had the exact same sandwich the last time & it was superb. Unfortunately for the price I'm not taking any more chances.
Was excited to try this …. Unfortunately the bread was stale & none of the ingredients were fresh- both sandwiches we got were inedible. Service at the counter wasn't friendly either. Don't get the hype 🫠
If you like large tasty sandwiches & don't mind long line ups this is the place for you. My son & husband love this food. I think the ingredients are high quality & the portions very generous but it's way too salty form me. The sandwiches are huge & the bread is a little tough so I wouldn't go there with small children.
**update*
They fixed the issues with the bread, but there's still an inconsistency with the sandwiches depending on when you go & which one you order. As you can see in my picture, comparing the cheesesteak ($19) with the milanese ($17), the cheesesteak has barely any meat or toppings inside.
______________
It used to be the best sandwich in town, but now the sandwiches aren't consistent. The last time we ordered it was really dry & barely anything in the sandwich. Also, the bread they used before was way better.

Was there today with friends ... i was wrong with the bread .. they all liked what was inside but the bread was hard with the impression of being 2 days old bread ... something needs to be done correctly before i go back ..hoping it will get better & only a one time mistake
Came to eat on a monday around lunchtime, the employees at the register were great! Such smiles & good energy. The food was delicious & prices are perfectly reasonable. Slightly too much sauce for my liking, simply because if you eat it right away it will be fine but if you wait, with that much sauce the bread will become really soggy. Other than that, 10/10.
Thanks!
The quality is going downhill, the last two sandwiches I ordered the bread was so hard & dry I couldn't even eat it, I had to move the fillings onto my own bread. I thought it was just a fluke the last time, but it happened again tonight. Sure they're generous with the fillings, but for 18$ that's basically what I paid for. What a bummer, used to really like this place.
The sandwich was so salty that I had to drink a lot of water after eating it. The fried chicken was dry & chewy like gum, & the bread was tough like an old baguette.
The sandwiches were damn good. I got the charcuterie & the meatball. Something different about the bread that made it special because it wasn't a panini it was better. Meatballs & sauce was just like my Italian family make them. I went during lunch, lots of people packed into a tiny spot & it took about half an hour to get my sandwiches ( even though the girls in the front were working efficiently) so I would say do not go if you are tight on time. I would not sit down to eat there unless it was more quiet.
Tried Bossa again since they changed their bread. What a let down. That chicken parm was a work of art before... now really just so mid :( BRING BACK THE OLD BREAD!
Woww.. I think this bossa might be better than the one in Verdun. There are also more seating options from what I remember. I took the chicken cutlet. The bread was fresh, both soft inside & crispy outside. The chicken cutlet was still crispy, the Verdun location when I get this sandwich the chicken is never crispy. My partner got the porchetta sandwich, & the porchetta was perfect- slightly on the sweet side with hints of apple (always good in pork), & absolutely melted in your mouth. I was so impressed. For the price, you get a lot of food & could easily save the second half of your sandwich for later - but it's so good, I don't know if you'll want to!

I never do reviews but after what I experienced last week I just have to Driving all the way from mirabel excited to eat at my favourite place When the rude cashier tells me they're out of bread & I can't order I come up with an idea to make my own panini with the focaccia bread they had on display She tells me no Then tells me yes but she has to charge me full price for panini & a price for the focaccia (horrible service considering they have no bread) but whatever I payed for both so I can just eat When seeing the chefs super annoyed rolling their eyes About 2 minutes later someone walks in the kitchen with a bag of bread Instead of telling the client hey sorry for the misunderstanding can you wait will be getting bread Or hey I won't charge you the focaccia To say the least I'll never be giving bossa recommendations nor business
The sandwiches here are too inconsistent & no longer worth me trying to catch Bossa Rosemont on a good day. Last sandwich I ordered was basically an old dry piece of bread with barely any chicken or sauce, even though I ordered extra sauce. I would have been ashamed to serve someone this lame excuse for a sandwich & I'm annoyed that I wasted over $40. Never again. Tell me, why does Bossa Rosemont serve up subpar sandwiches yet the Verdun location is always on point? Make it make sense.
Not usually posting reviews, but I must on this one. Bossa used to make the best sandwiches in town, competition was not even close. BUT a few weeks ago they changed their bread... Now the sandwich tastes far worse & the perfect balance they had achieved was destroyed... Still putting 4 stars because that place is great overall, but I hope they change their bread back to the old one...
Freaking amazing sandwiches which brings the take out industry to a whole new level. Bread is super fresh, cheese is simply a pure bliss & meat cuts are just really generous.
