Wow. Je suis très impressionné. Un petit endroit qui se démarque. De très beaux produits, un staff efficace & souriant... Mais le sandwich... Oh My Gosh!!! Qui est derrière ce menu? Je veux en savoir davantage. J'ai goûté le Porchetta grillé (sans aubergines). Fabuleux! Le mariage du sucre des oignons caramélisés & de l'acide de la choucroute maison... du génie. Le porc bien juteux. Je crois qu'on n'a pas fini d'entendre parler de cet endroit. Je vais prêcher pour eux, c'est certain. Go now!!!!
