I hope this review comes across as more constructive than negative. I've been going to BOSSA since the beginning & have noticed a drop in quality since they've expanded. The main issue being the bread & some of the meats not being as good or consistent as they used to be. I think Parma does a better job with their consistency & quality. I hope management reads this & takes note, many friends have lamented the old bread.View more

Very disappointing bread, one of the most important elements in a sandwich. Had the mortadella for $16 only to be disappointed by the unpleasant texture of the bread. I brought it home, took out everything & heated it up & remade the sandwich to give it a better texture & mouth feel.View more
