Food here is totally overpriced & service was very slow. If you are hungry its not the place for you. Got a sandwich Iberico, it was 4 very small slices that costed the same as an actual meal, but half as fulfilling.View more

I would give it seven stars if that was an option for this restaurant. We are from California & stopped overnight in Montreal en route to Quebec City & found this restaurant by chance. The food & service was beyond excellent. This is a a new restaurant & going through the teething process so some of my favorite items on the menu were not available but you can't beat the food quality & the service. Staff is beyond excellent & Gabrielle, Natasha, Gaelle & David deserve Michelin stars for service & food flavors. A must eat restaurant for old town Montreal.View more

Lack of training in staff + kitchen cleanliness issue. Although the waiter was nice & he mentioned it was his first day, it was annoying that he got our order wrong three times. First it was my friend's drink, then it was the size of our paella. Then it was about the milk-ingredients in a dish. My friend is from Salamanca Spain, & she knows the names of the dishes on the menu. She told our waiter that she has an allergy to milk protein & wants to know if the sauce has any, since she knows it can be cooked with milk or cream. The waiter double checked with the cooks & told us "no, there is no milk in the sauce". But when the dish turned up, the asparagus tasted like butter & there was cheese grated on top. Which is not authentic of spanish cuisine. In order to avoid embarassing the waiter a third time, we didn't say anything & only I ate it instead of being able to share it with her. The second problem is the cleanliness of their cooking practices. I got food poisoning an hour & a half after eating at their restaurant. My friend was fine though, & the only thing that I ate that she avoided was the asparagus dish. Probably, the asparagus got cross contaminated with something that wasn't fresh. Anyways, I was in a lot of pain that night, vomiting, diarrhea, sudden fatigue, sweats & fever. I've had it twice before & know how it goes. I called in this morning to ask about the ingredients of the asparagus dish & didn't like the way the floor manager was discrediting the validity of my food poisoning experience. Then the phone mysteriously went mute, the call held on for ten silent seconds & then suddenly cut off. Felt like he "accidentally" hung up.View more

I really recommend this new tapas bar located in Old Port. My favorite was the Bikini Ibérico with the full truffle taste, affordable & definitely getting it again. The squid ink rice paella is a killer, so delish, you can never go wrong with squid ink. The Tres Leche was really spongy & good. We had a prosceco & the mango wine cocktail. The mango & wine cocktail was really interesting with a summer taste.View more
