This place is amazing - I literally eat their bowl two to three times a week. It's that good. Always super fresh, super healthy, & consistently delicious. I've never been disappointed - not once! Easily one of my best meals in Montreal & I had many during the week.

My family & I tried this restaurant for the first time last night. We had the OG Mac & cheese, Trini chicken bowl, jerk chicken bowl & patatas bravas. Everything was delicious, fresh & generous portions. My son loved the Mac & cheese. The employee was patient explaining all of the menu with enthusiasm. He & the owner were friendly & welcoming.
