Sorry to be repetitive, but this place is fantastic. I had the Duck Confit bowl & the flavours were sublime - the taste of each ingredient distinct, effortlessly supporting one another. The kindness & authenticity of Derek was an equal gift. I'll spread the word to others; why don't you go there & try it, so you can do the same?

small portions; my shredded duck was totally inedible....way overcooked & beyond dry....Asian shredded pork bowl not much better. Brownie super thin...maybe 1/4 inch thick.. maybe. Tasted ok but avocado cheesecake misses the mark...very bland & tasteless. I would not recommend this restaurant...some restaurants just don't care what they put out.
Montreal's crown jewel! Best food in town. Lots of character in these bowls. There is nothing quite like it. Accompanied by staff that is passionate about quality food. Highly recommend. The Trini Bowl & Duck Mac & Cheese are my favorites everytime I'm here.
Trini chicken, duck, & mixed vegetable bowls were all distinct in taste & highly satisfying. We also enjoyed the avocado cheesecake dessert & the classic Mac n cheese. There are a handful of small tables inside, & a larger, shaded patio area. The location is in an industrial-type park
Absolutely love this place & cannot wait to go back & try more dishes. The truffle oil & duck confit Mac & cheese is delicious & some how every bite gets better & better. The Trini chicken bowl is full of flavour combinations that make excited for the next bite knowing it'll be slightly different but yet just an excellent as the last. Having some Trinidadian roots, I say this bowl gave me flashbacks to the backyard Soca parties my parents used to have.
Super super delicious & the staff is very welcoming & friendly. Definitely one of my favorite hidden gems of Montreal. Duck mac n cheese is crazy delicious! Salmon dish is so fresh!

Delicious Mac & cheese!! Everything we ordered was excellent, which is impressive since the menu is fairly diverse-Asian fusion, duck confit, Caribbean etc
Amazingly tasty & affordable. Don't dismiss this spot. We were looking for a discovery & i almost followed my friend's recommendation to go back somewhere we went a few years back. But the pictures from their food here caught my attention & I'm not mad at fighting for my idea to come here. We both were. Amazing food & service, we'll be back. The duck is so yummy😋

I have only ordered delivery so I cannot say for service & atmosphere, but this restaurant makes FANTASTIC food. Everything to the quality of the ingredients used, the amount of flavor, the combination of ingredients, the uniqueness, the plating, 10/10. I took the duck mac & cheese (oh my god) & the salmon cakes (to die for) & the soup of the day (super flavorful!). You can tell they put love in their meals, nothing cheap here!! Would recommend to all my friends
Employees are so nice, the salmon koi bowl is the healthiest & tastiest meal I’ve had in a month

Great service . I had the broccoli soup & the duck bowl. Delicious, really. The area is not the best for them I would say , less visibility. Very cheap for how tasty the food is.
