Mannn I can go for days about how much I love the trini chicken bowl at this place! The people that work there are super nice, I feel like I'm at home when I go there , the only thing that disappoints me is that I live so far :( but whenever I'm around st Henri it's almost a must to stop & grab a bite at bonyard , I highly reccomend it , & try the desserts too , super fire , 10/10
Underrated spot. The bowls that Bonyard offers is so refreshing in a culinary world full of the same foods. It's comfort food but just an explosion of flavours in your mouth. Would highly recommend.

Did a pickup order of several bowls: pulled pork, salmon, & a mini Trini. They were all outstanding! Everything is so fresh & the proteins all have wonderful flavour. At first the salmon was my favorite but then I tried the Trini, the smoky chicken knocked my socks off. The sauces struck the right balance of flavour & creaminess & the sweet potatoes gave everything a sweet foundation. The bowls have a small layer of rice at the bottom, not a whole bunch of filler like many other places. All in all I was very impressed & plan to make this place part of my regular rotation.
Also: I did a pickup order this time but the vibe was cute, so I'm thinking next time I will eat on site.
Delicious, fresh, consistent, & delicious! One of my favorite spots if not my favorite to get food in Montreal. If you want a great tasting bowl of healthy food at a reasonable price, this is your spot.
As good in takeaway as it is to sit down. Staff is super friendly as well. I can't recommend this place enough!
Solid flavours in this spot of the Sud-Ouest. I had the Trini bowl & I really liked it: good portion, ingredients & solid flavours you don't usually get in bowls in Montreal. I'll definitely order again & try the rest of their options.
This place is amazing - I literally eat their bowl two to three times a week. It's that good. Always super fresh, super healthy, & consistently delicious. I've never been disappointed - not once! I honestly think it's one of the best spots for bowls, & what makes it stand out is how unique they are with their ingredients & flavors. Highly recommend!
Sorry to be repetitive, but this place is fantastic. I had the Duck Confit bowl & the flavours were sublime - the taste of each ingredient distinct, effortlessly supporting one another. The kindness & authenticity of Derek was an equal gift. I'll spread the word to others; why don't you go there & try it, so you can do the same?
Nice terrace outside & friendly service, the food here is delicious! Highly recommend to combine one of the bowls & mac n cheese & share! Will be back!
Easily one of my best meals in Montreal & I had many during the week.
The chef was there with staff & explained the menu & welcomed me with open arms as a visitor from the west coast. Super fun & friendly staff/environmentZ

On our way to the airport, hunger struck & we found ourselves in search of a quick bite. Little did we know we were about to discover an absolute hidden gem tucked away amidst a maze of warehouses & industrial buildings. From the moment we stepped in, we were pleasantly surprised. The food was not only fresh & wholesome but bursting with flavor in every bite! My family couldn't get enough - from the vibrant, nourishing bowls to the rich, comforting mac n' cheese, everything was a hit. It turned out to be the perfect unexpected stop before our flight!

Really cool spot! I had the fiyah jerk chicken & bbq pork bowls, & the avocado cheesecake. Everything was so fresh & yummy, definitely gonna go back to try the other dishes!
My family & I tried this restaurant for the first time last night. We had the OG Mac & cheese, Trini chicken bowl, jerk chicken bowl & patatas bravas. Everything was delicious, fresh & generous portions. My son loved the Mac & cheese. The employee was patient explaining all of the menu with enthusiasm. He & the owner were friendly & welcoming.

Delicious original filling bowls & mac n cheese. The staff is also so kind & understanding to make little changes to adapt for allergies & dietary restrictions. Have been going for many years & will continue to do so. Highly recommend!!
