I wanted to love this place, & honestly, the bones of it are great. It's a very nice little restaurant with a lovely layout, & the overall vibe is very welcoming

To give credit where it's due, getting seated took about 2min, & our 2 lattes (made with Barista coffee, which was excellent) were ordered quickly

However, the service flow completely stalled after that

What made it frustrating is that the restaurant wasn't even slammed. When we walked in, half the place was empty, upstairs was quiet, & the outdoor terrace was only about half full

As someone who manages a pastry shop/restaurant with a terrace, I completely understand that kitchens can be small & that managing a floor is a lot of work. But letting a table sit for over 30min, & then telling the people that take their food order was one of the next ones to be taken, when the restaurant is only half full, is simply not standard for a brunch spot

After 35min of sitting down, we decided to pay for our coffees, & we left

The place itself has a lot of potential, but the floor management & service pacing definitely need some serious tightening up.

Friendly staff in a beautiful restored building, good views from the second floor balcony. The food is absolutely incredible, above expectations, the poutine is easily the best breakfast I have ever had.

Aucun intérêt ! Cher pour rien. Service débordé alors que l'établissement n'est pas plein. Lenteur extrême dans l'arrivée des plats & vraiment ... Aucun intérêt ... Il faut vraiment implorer la bonté divine pour ne pas avoir à y retourner !

WOW mais quelle découverte!! belle petite terrasse au bord du bassin de Chambly, nourriture délicieuse & très bons cafés ! J'ai déjà hâte d'y retourner!

Juste ce qu'il faut pour se restaurer le midi.
Par contre, attendre devant pendant plus de 15 min sans que personne vienne nous indiquer s'il y a de la place ou pas (ou du moins nous donner un temps approximatif d'attente), c'est dommage
